Brandon, the service Manager, was amazing in assisting us with our van repairs! The nicest and most honest service manager we have ever worked with…we had issues with our extended warranty service through an outside company and between my husband, Brandon and the service tech, we were able to get them to cover the majority of the repairs that were needed. The staff at the Cañon City AutoNation was amazing. The sales staff was easy to work with, answered all of my questions, and walked us through the entire purchasing process. The finance team was excellent as well and really explained all of the options available to us. The service team made sure the vehicle was good to go as well. All work was completed in a timely fashion. Technician was very polite. I was a little disappointed to know that the repair on a side panel was simply attached using double sided sticky tape, which was why it had fallen off the vehicle after I bought it there in the first place. I was hoping they would be able to reattach it using clips or a more secure way. Now i worry i will lose the entire panel on the highway. They did not charge me a service fee for my sterio instal though .Over 400 dollars to repair the side panel with sticky tape seemed excessive as I could have done that myself for 12$

Traveling and a 1000 miles away from home and my Ram started to leak transmission oil from its seal at the drive shaft. It's Friday 11:00 AM and I'm worried that it will be Monday before my wife and I can get back home. I called and explained the situation to Conor, who was professional and extremely helpful. Brought the truck down and expected the news to be grim and to my surprise they had it fixed in 45 minutes and we were back on the road. I can't say enough for their help. I wish they were my local service center!!!

We had looked at the available formerly owned SUVs on your website so we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted. To our delight the Jeep Grand Cherokee was still on your lot.
We absolutely love our new SUV! It is a dream to drive. It’s our first luxury vehicle.
The paperwork process was a bit tedious but we know it’s necessary.
We were very familiar with the repair service from our 9 years of having our Honda repaired. That crew has been wonderful to work with.

City Auto Plaza is a great place to have my Jeep Gladiator personalized to be even more off road capable. Travis in the parts department knows the Jeep inside, and out, and was able to help me get my Gladiator equipped the way I wanted cheaper than buying the parts on the internet. Brandon , the service manager, is able to bid installation exactly, and he stands behind his technicians work. If I'm not satisfied, they make it right. I tell all my Jeep friends to get a quote from City Auto Plaza before they spend too much money some place else.
