Doing business at Belcastro willl not be your typical 'used car salesman' experience. I will always be glad that I chose to do business with Bob and Karen Belcastro. They were professional and amazing to work with. I drove quite a distance, and the deal we made on the phone was the same when I arrived. At the time I first drove the car, they/we all realized there was a day running light out. They offered to make it right, despite it ending up costing $2400 parts/labor to replace it. They sent me a check to cover that expense. I drove all the way from Colorado Springs to Grand Junction to do business with them, and I would do it all over again. Granted, they had a car that is special to me, but they made it worth it too - in terms of their car's pricing and the value they offered on my trade. Thank you Bob and Karen - you definitely have friends in Colorado Springs! I hope you had an awesome Thanksgiving and are looking forward to a nice holiday season!!! You provided a Five Star plus experience for me and you definitely should be aniticipating amazing karmic returns for the service you provide - Thanks again!

You will not beat the service and attitude you get from everybody at Belcastro Motors. Bobby and Ralph are the best....for lightly used cars in great condition this should be your "go to" place! I would not buy anywhere else on the western slope! They will treat you like family from start to finish.

I went to test drive a car I was interested in, they let me drive it and everything was good. I wanted to see if I got approved for it , and they couldn’t tell me that day if I got approved or not and they told me they would call me on Monday since I went on a Saturday. I never got a call from them. They didn’t even give me the time of the day to let me know . A simple call would of been nice so I wouldn’t be waiting all day to hear back . Would not do business with them EVER !!!

THE MOMENT WE STEPPED OUT OF OUR TRUCK AT BELCASTRO MOTORS, WE FELT LIKE WE WERE INVITED INTO BOB AND KAREN'S HOME! THE BEAUTIFUL JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE TRAILHAWK WAS GIVEN TO US TO TEST DRIVE FOR 2 DAYS. BOB AND KAREN ARE AMAZING PEOPLE THAT MAKE YOU FEEL 💯 PERCENT AT EASE. THE NO PRESSURE SALES, AND INFORMALITY OF IT ALL CAME AS A GREAT SURPRISE! IN FACT, I WAS READY TO TALK NUMBERS, BUT BOB INSISTED THAT WE TAKE OUR TIME WITH THE CAR. I WAS COMPLETELY
SMITTEN WITH THE JEEP AND READY TO BUY! HOWEVER, IT WAS BOB THAT WANTED ME TO BE HAPPY AND SURE THAT I WASN'T MAKING AN IMPULSE BUY.
