To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with an interaction I had with a member of your sales team named Mark following a recent incident. Earlier, one of your company's vehicles was involved in a collision with my car on the highway.

While the individual who was driving your company's car was exceptionally apologetic and kind, my subsequent interaction with Mark from your sales department was remarkably unpleasant. His rude and condescending demeanor, regardless of whether it stemmed from his personality or tone of voice, was entirely unprofessional and frankly unacceptable.

Despite this negative encounter with Mark, I was initially willing to forgo filing an insurance claim, especially given the positive attitude of the person involved in the accident. My intention was that if the general manager had contacted me to discuss the situation, I would have been satisfied. However, since I have not received any communication from management, I will now be pursuing an insurance claim.

As someone who also works in the automotive industry, I can attest that Mark's behavior is inexcusable and reflects poorly on your organization.

It was nearing our departure date and we finally settled on leaving the truck behind this year. Overlanding would look and feel different because the space we've created, our home on wheels, is now a Sportage.

When we first met with Yohvani at Berlin City Auto Group and explained what our intentions were with this vehicle I received that inquisitive look I've grown accustomed to seeing. Sharing that we love to travel roads less traveled and that we literally live out of our vehicle as we explore our sales guy was genuinely intrigued as we took the Sportage for a spin.

Yup, our new 2025 Kia Sportage 'Tage as my husband calls it was outfitted with downsized gear. Finding nooks and crannies for items we'd need while overlanding wasn't a challenge. The heated seats were a warm welcomed addition to the repertoire and the full sunroof was dreamy as we stared into the dark star light sky as we snuggled in for the night.

The additional miles per gallon this hybrid offered was a true treat versus the three seasons prior. Don't get me wrong I love the truck and there were moments when I missed it tremendously but the quiet ride, the roomy cabin and features of the cameras and safety warnings for when we found ourselves in traffic or more populated areas came in handy. I found myself having to quickly react with hands at 10 & 2 and the Kia Sportage responded exceptionally!

The horsepower of the 2025 Kia Sportage is impressive, it's got smooth get up and go when needed and the additional functionality of the six speed on the wheel to manually intervene is pretty sweet too.

I'll admit that when we were shopping I wasn't a big fan of leaving our truck to sit this past overlanding season out but having put nearly 12,000 miles on in the past few months my admiration for this SUV grew immensely. She's, yup, it's mine now, as been branded with my #AdventurewithKal sticker our plans have only gotten bigger. I'd resisted, as Yohvani at Berlin City Auto Group would tell ya' that day when he said "take it home and see if it'll work for you".

My first true test was driving the roads in the north country deep within Moose territory. Traveling at a safe speed is key but having headlights that illuminates is a must!

Returning the next day, after packing the Kia Sportage with mock overlanding gear, I was sold. Truthfully, it wasn't just the Kia's I was happy with but the sales team at Berlin City Auto Group. Honestly, we'd visited a couple of other dealers in the Granite State over the summer months but none of them had provided the experience we'd encountered Berlin City Auto Group and the authentic care Yohvani put into ensuring I'd be happy with this purchase.

This was no small purchase for us, a decision that'd weighed heavily as it was more than a car, it was to be our unorthodox home on roads less traveled for several months. Not everyone understands our drive to live this lifestyle, exploring our public lands tucked deep within the wilderness but what you'll appreciate is the simple fact that if you are looking for a quality vehicle and a sales team you can trust I 100% recommend you going to see Yohvani at Berlin City Auto Group (tell him Adventure with Kal sent ya'!).

Hands down the best dealership out there. They made the process simple as can be. John Given my sales rep top notch. Kept me in the loop throughout the whole process, was not misleading in anyway, straight forward and got me into a beautiful car that I love. Pinch me—I didn’t think service this good still existed! I called late Tuesday afternoon to book a state inspection and what I hoped was a small repair (though I braced myself for something bigger). I asked for the earliest slot, and they had my SUV in Wednesday morning. The person on the phone was friendly, clear, and professional—really set the tone.

I showed up today and was greeted at the door by a polite staff member who walked me to the service desk. My service advisor introduced me to the technician handling my vehicle, who took the keys with a confident, “I’ll take care of it.” Just 1.5 hours later, they called to say it was ready. Seriously?!

I went to pick it up, expecting a hefty bill, but the total was so low I almost said, “Are you kidding me?” I kept waiting for the “Oh, one more thing” line, but it never came. The advisor just smiled, said I was all set, and walked me to my SUV, parked and ready to go.

No pushy upsell nonsense—none at all, which is huge for me. I called the dealership, made the appointment, my vehicle was in, fixed perfectly, and back in my hands in under 24 hours, all for a price that felt like a throwback to decades past. Every car I own will be coming here from now on. The cost was a pleasant surprise, but what really won me over was the staff’s professionalism and no-pressure approach. What a team.

I walked in ready for a fight—I usually dread anything auto-related—but they disarmed me instantly. Every employee I met was sharp, experienced, and genuinely nice. It almost feels strange to be looking forward to my next service appointment. What a great team.

**Bonus context: I grew up fixing cars. Spent two years in Voc Tech for automotive technology. Then, I spent 8 years working on jet engines for the US Navy. Worked on the farm after that where we do all our repairs onsite. - There is no way in hell that I could possibly do the work that Berlin City Auto Group's technician did, w/ same quality, in the allotted time in which he did. Impossible. I am now only encouraged to bring my vehicles more often.

Leaving the service center today, these were the words that came mind as I drove away; Low pressure, low price, expert, courteous, professional, reputable, reliable, friendly, RELAXED, appreciated, respected. - They really do have a special team there. /hand salute!

When I went in, I called attention to the tire pressures that were listed on the door frame . (I had problems with a previous dealer who did not put in correct pressure) The check-in person acknowledged that and wrote it on the form . When I picked up the car I drove it for 5. -10 miles, checked my tire pressure and it was no where close to specs on the door even though the form said they were . I went back to the dealership but they had too many people waiting for one clerk so I left because I knew it would take too long for them to get me in to have it corrected. Just made me mad because I made a point of addressing the issue for the tire rotation

All the staff I dealt with at Berlin City treated me very fairly and went above and beyond what they had to to make a potentially bad situation go smoothly, even though the problem was not anything they caused or could have forseen. They took the time and efforts to make sure I was satisfied with the repairs needed. They picked the vehicle up and gave me a loaner vehicle to use in the meantime and made sure that the fuel tank was full, both times. The service department spent the time to diagnose and repair a factory defective part and did everything they could to locate a part from another dealer as it would be faster than getting one from the manufacturer. The folks who provide the best customer experience and the highest degree of reliable technical service often come with a waitlist or simply aren’t accepting new customers. I have owned my home in New Hampshire’s North Country for more than 12 years. I purchased my current truck, new, in 2018, just four years into my life in the White Mountains. It took me until 2025 to discover respectful, reliable, and professional customer service that came with top notch technical attention for my adventure vehicle. While Berlin City sold me my truck, and have maintained it since 2018, Lori Henry, Service Advisor, and her unmatched dedication to detail and customer care, has ensured that this truck will be loved and even improved for the duration of its life. At the time when my current Tacoma comes to its functional end, if Lori remains at Berlin City, so too will I as a customer. I will buy my ultimate, and potentially final, adventure truck from Berlin City because Lori earned my loyalty through her no-nonsense attitude and her determination to get the job done right.
