La experiencia es general es muy buena, las instalaciones son agradables en medio del bosque y con tiendas cercanas. Pero el servicio de internet, uff de verdad que odié, me desconectaba a cada rato.
Pero el gym y alberca muy agradables.

and I was blown away by the exceptional experience! The hotel's stunning view from my room was breathtaking, and the clean surroundings were impeccable.

The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxation, and the fitness center was well-equipped and modern. There is also a game lounge perfect for your own in house entertainment. I was also impressed by the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options freshly made at no extra cost. Best I have seen. There is also an automatic coffee machine with a wide varies of coffee options.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm smiles and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. The combination of stunning views, excellent amenities, and exceptional service makes it a top-notch choice. Can't wait to come back!

This is our second stay @ Best Western Plus Waterbury & it was just as relaxing and pleasant as the first time. |Our room was immaculate, grounds were clean, & the hotel has been obviously cared for. Front desk staff & housekeeping were welcoming & helpful. We truly felt appreciated. But the star of the show was the breakfast host, Jim. We stayed 3 nights exploring the area & saw him each morning at breakfast. He was always cleaning, resupplying or greeting guests. His easy going & friendly manner, along with his local knowledge, was really appreciated. We will be back.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly staff member. Our room was updated and had everything we needed. The front desk actually called to check in to see how we were doing. That added a special touch to our stay. The amenities on site were very Clean and accommodating. This is a family friendly hotel. The pool and spa area was wonderful as was the outside playground area. Our favorite part of the hotel was the covered bridge and the outside seating picnic area. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here and will be back someday with our family again.

Comfortable beds, great service, breakfast was one of the best Continental breakfasts I've had. Pool room was cold on our visit, but it was raining the whole weekend, it is in a beautiful glass enclosed room and I'm sure the sun warms it up quickly. Hot tub and pool were both great, and the fitness room is one of the best I've seen in a mid level hotel. There was a playground outside that we didn't use because of the weather, but a nice addition with little ones. Great for families, we'll definitely be back!
