Ever since this credit union has switched from Aventa Credit Union to Blue Federal Credit Union, it has given me the most inconveniences. I cannot begin to tell you how much I wish Aventa did not merge or sell out to/with Blue Federal Credit Union.
I was sent constant reminders through U.S. mail and Email about how " Great" this merge would be and how " Easy" how " Beneficial" this transition would go. Let me tell you, THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY THAT DEALS WITH MY MONEY.
It was not a great and easy transition, and I HAVE NOT benefited at all being with Blue Federal Credit Union. Trash!! I cannot wait to find a better bank or Credit union to move to. I have banked with Aventa for yearsssss. I'm not joking when I say years. I've had my account with them since I was 18. I am now 30 and I have ALL the COMPLAINTS about this place.
They weren't able to find my past statements. They've moved my credit card due date without consulting me or notifyng me. I had got an email stating my account was so many days past due for the payment date. After I called to settle this, NO ONE, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE could help me. I kept getting transferred. Mind you, I was very polite and patient. (I've worked customer service jobs before. I'm considerate when it comes to the people I talk with).
My credit card has expired in October and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT.
My app isnt working, my account is constantly lagging. Which effects my budget tremendously. I'm so upset. I can go on and on about how this Federal Credit Union sucks, but most of all I can say this is TRASH!!! BLUE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION IS NOT GOING TO LAST LONG AT ALL.

Close your account if you care about your money!!! This bank has wasted more of my time in 2 months than Aventa federal credit union ever did in 12 years. Don't try to get a person on the phone when you call unless you have at least thirty minutes to wait for a call back because they rarely answer the phone. Unlike Aventa. Don't be out of town and have any problems where you may need to visit a shared branch because few actually exist. Again unlike Aventa. Do try to buy anything online unless you want your debit card put on a security hold. Even though you have bought from the same seller on the same web site for years. It's very disappointing when you finally find a great financial institution "Aventa" then some larger institution buys them out and you get stuck with the short end of the stick. If you are member get out while you can. If you are thinking of joining blue federal credit union, do yourself a favor and research blue fcu costumer satisfaction rating across the web before making a binding decision

I frequent the Dublin Brach. I enjoy seeing yhe same faces I trust. There has been an issue or two, but none that would send me searching for a different credit union. You walk thru the door and greeted immediately. We ask about our families, and they have snacks for my dog Cooley. They enjoy watching his dance. Just a great place to bank.

My name is Natasha, I've been with blue for over 15yrs, the experience I've had with Sandra, Liz, Jason and Nancy absolutely not a good one it started with getting a loan then the hold up on yes or no, then the lies the cover ups, then not listening to details then no care for what Sandra or Liz has done, then promised a follow up from Jason nothing I emailed once again to Nancy no response on this matter or a higher up professional calling me, I feel my needs are or won't be met based on my credit and no money I've been profiled and judged, my youngest son received his first job, I wanted my son to open a account with them but the judging and being friends with coworkers is priority over people who wants to stay loyal to now Blue, I know one thing or two about coworkers they surely won't show a boss their true personality if a guest clients or customer is complaining and it's beyond legitimate look over being friends it's a business to run. They I feel are not professional or business minded. They neglected my feelings and neglected listening. I'm not happy at all I'm looking into myself ving banks but of course y'all won't care because I have no money.

Beware! The teller at Dunlin branch withdrew cash from someone else's account and gave it to me. When I got back home I realized their error. I called customer service so they could fix their error and customer service was very difficult to work with, and rude. I'm done with this low rent bank....
