Coming from experience with getting service at Audi, Tesla, and Acura - I am impressed with Boulder Nissan! Friendly staff and really prompt service! I was only getting an inspection done on a new-to-me Leaf, as well as fixing the common axle lock nut issue, but it was in and out in under 3 hours. Elsewhere I’m used to it taking 3 hours just for the car to get pulled into the shop.

The waiting room is also really nice; not posh like many of the other dealers I’ve been to - but clean and well maintained, and the corner office booths are the nicest amenity I’ve ever had at any dealership. Really makes working while waiting a breeze, and way better than hunched over some table.

I was told I could refinance; rearranged my work schedule to go in and meet with Jared. Jared said he called me to let me know it isn't his job (though a year ago when I bought the car he said "come back in a year and we will refinance.") He lied about calling me. There was no message left by him on my phone. He didn't even know my name, so how could he have called me anyway? After wasting my time and my morning, he said his front desk person made a mistake. Blame it on someone else? So disappointed at the obvious lack of communication and unprofessionalism Jared displayed. Anthony is a great salesman, but that is as far as it goes for this place. Also, as far as car maintenance, EVEN with an appointment a few months ago I waited four HOURS for a simple oil change, and now this mess? No. Completely acceptable. Find another dealership.

It truly was a haggle-free experience, and they were very transparent with pricing. The purchasing process was also about as quick as it could have been. Our sales person (Adam) was excellent. We felt like we were getting his honest opinion about what it is like to own a Nissan EV and what options might work best for us.

I recently had my 2017 Leaf's battery replaced under warranty at Boulder Nissan. I was very impressed with the service I received.

Alonzo was fantastic in coordinating the arrival of the new battery and scheduling the installation promptly. I was able to get my car in and out the same day, which was incredibly convenient.

Boulder Nissan's expertise and flexibility with electric vehicles are truly commendable. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a Nissan Leaf or any other EV.
