They are either too lazy or too inexperienced to do minimal dent repair on a 96 tailgate. In either case, I can’t imagine this is a reliable auto body shop to have work done at if they’re unable to do auto body work. I miss when cars were cars, and people who worked on cars were people who worked on cars

In response: what a terrible comparison, we aren’t talking fancy European cars or complex engine/mechanical work, you are a body work service that is unable to pull a dent…. On a USDM car…. Embarrassing

I recently had Breckenridge Collision Company repair my Dodge 1500 Ram Laramie which had an unfortunate collision with a trailer. This was due to snow, a ditch, and a driver who was sick. Anyway, the rear quarter panel was crushed inward and the tailgate and bumper were impacted well. After searching for companies that would do the work through insurance, we came upon BCC. Immediately they were informative, transparent and communicative. We scheduled the repair and they were honest about timing. It took a few weeks, which we were fine with, and the truck went in. All of their estimates were spot on, including time to repair, cost and their ability to work with the insurance company. They have a great relationship with my insurance company and no questions were asked by them. My truck came back looking as good as new. They were even able to accommodate some blackout work I had done, which included a blacked out bumper, logos and badging in the rear. They were able to include getting that done to make my truck whole again. I am beyond impressed and thankful we found them. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly, highly recommend them. God forbid I need another job like this done, they will be the first I call.

Their dog was barking and jumping at me. Kind of an intimidating moment. I don’t care how much you know your own dogs intension. Strangers don’t know and it’s very scary for them when a dog they know nothing about is being angry and aggressive. It feels like the dog is going to bite so that is scary. Ridiculous i have to explain this as if they’re a 5 year old. Give that position title to somebody else.

I experienced crash on iced road. They did the good job for temporary repair then I can drive my car back to New Orleans. The job was much better than what I expected. Really a good job.

Once in a while you come across a business that exceeds your expectations and leaves you feeling like the world just might be OK. Breckenridge Collision is that business. They quoted me a fair price that was better than the other companies in the area. They could schedule me sooner than the other companies. In the end, they finished sooner than quoted, for less than quoted and the work was totally on point ( I did collision repair when I was younger and have a good idea of what quality work looks like). They were extremely pleasant and personable to interact with and I enjoyed this experience immensely. I am hoping to wreck another vehicle sometime soon just so that I can take it to them again. Thank you for such a great job. I'm thrilled you guys are in our community.

After moving from NJ and leaving behind a family body shop I was incredibly nervous about finding a shop to repair my car. Breck Collision topped the list in reviews so I gave them a shot. And man am I glad I did! Jacqueline and Scott are FANTASTIC! The are easy to deal with, great at what they do and come from the same neck of the woods as I do. 🙂
