Awesome gym! Very friendly staff, clean space, great equipment, various classes for different levels, delicious shake bar, and much more! The administration really cares about the community—show appreciation to teachers, for example., which is very special. I personally love the Body Pump classes, they’re the best part of my week!

I used to live in Bridgewater and I went to the location there and loved it! I moved to Harrisonburg almost three years ago and I’ve been going to the Harrisonburg location since! Hbg/BH2O 24/7 Family Fitness was exactly the high energy gym environment that I needed on my road to fitness and recovery as a cancer survivor. Coaches and group workout classmates are your workout buddies, encouraging accountability and consistent visits to the gym and reaching fitness goals. Friendly front-desk and coaching staff who know your name. In group settings, coaches are great about focusing on an individual's form and making helpful suggestions to prevent injury without intimidation or embarrassment. The music environment, I find is very good for my mind and soul while I work out: the high energy music playing in the gym and used in the classes does not contain explicit vulgar lyrics that degrade or target women, cultures, violence, vulnerable youth or racial groups.
