les doy una estrella porq a la verdad he tenido muy mala experiencia y no quiero que le pase a otra persona hace tres meces compré un Toyota corola con 20.000 millas pero no le hicieron la inspección que requería para vendérmelo a la primera semana lo llevé porq tenían que cambiarles las llantas después luego otra ves lo lleve por una vibración muy extraña donde me dijeron que eran los calsos del motor les dejé el carro por una semana y no lo arreglaron y esta es la fecha que todavía no le hacen ningún arreglo y la persona a cargo de este trabajo en el taller cada ves que voy me dice un cuento diferente y el no es nada agradable para tratar al público de esto hace dos meses y sigo con el carro sin arreglar después lo tube que volver a llevar porq tenía las pastillas de frenos gastadas tuve que pagarle 500 dólares para que se las cambiaran hoy fui de nuevo y ya me dijeron que la pieza estaba en el taller pero también tengo que pagarles 100 dólares mas para que lo arreglen y tenía que dejarle el carro pero no me podían dar un carro de renta para regresar a mi casa o sea que mi experiencia en este DILER a sido pésima y no se lo recomiendo a nadie porq para venderte un carro son muy rápido pero para hacerle los arreglos correspondientes son muy informales espero poder salir de este problemas pronto porq mañana voy hablar con su director para ver qué respuesta y solución me da a mi problema porq créanme que es muy frustrante todo esto que me está pasando

I left the car with them for a week and they didn't fix it and this is the date they still haven't made any repairs and the person in charge of this work in the workshop every time I go he tells me a different story and he is not at all pleasant to deal with the public about this two months ago and I still have the car without fixing it later I had to take it back because it had the pills worn brakes I had to pay them 500 dollars to have them changed today I went again and they told me that the part was in the shop but I also have to pay them 100 dollars more to fix it and I had to leave the car with them but they couldn't give a rental car to return to my house, so my experience in this DILER has been terrible and I do not recommend it to anyone because they are very fast to sell you a car but to make the corresponding arrangements they are very informal, I hope I can get out of this problems soon because tomorrow I am going to talk to your director to see what answer and solution he gives me to my problem because believe me, all this that is happening to me is very frustrating

They offer free delivery of the vehicle for anyone who lives in town, so I got my car delivered to my house no charge. There was no pushing to do any additional maintenance beyond what we agreed to and everyone from start to finish was so professional and easy to deal with. This was a great dealership experience!
