This is one of the most well run government facility in the whole of the US. We got married in Boulder and went to the Broomfield City Clerk to obtain a marriage license. From the start to the end of our interactions with the clerk's office, we both wished that all DMVs, County Clerks, government facilities was run and operated like Broomfield's.

Everyone was so great, welcoming and attentive. Beverly was wonderful and friendly with helping us fill out and acquire our marriage license. And Kathy was supportive in helping us fix a typo on our marriage certificate. There was a Spanish speaking couple before us, and the staff were so patient in ensuring they understood everything they needed to do to get married. No frustration with a language barrier, the couple and their interpreter. Just warm and welcoming people. Everyone here is just so helpful and supportive. Thank you to all the staff here!

Beverly Jones was beyond amazing! She helped us get our marriage license. She was extremely knowledgeable about all of the requirements for the marriage license. She even offered to take a picture of us with our license! Such a sweet lady.

Cathy is an absolute gem. Went in with my husband at the end of May to get our marriage license. She was so genuine in her conversation with us. Went in again today to drop off our complete marriage license, and Cathy recognized me and was just so excited to hear about our elopement. Truly a kind human being and so so sweet! Thank you Cathy!

The two professionals helping us with our marriage license went above and beyond. They not only were extremely kind at the end of the work hours on a Friday and holiday weekend nonetheless! They stay up to date on all related matters such as name change processes to best inform us. They were as informative as they were kind. Specifically we worked with two women, one was Cathy/Kathy and the other one has the desk just behind the licensing desk, I regrettably forget her name. Both so kind and helpful and reassured my fiancé, who was running late. Outstanding service that truly went beyond the norm.

For recording office: My husband and I went to this office because we live in boulder county and they unfortunately only do virtual appts and were booked out. This office was the next one I called. Beverly was amazing. From the time I booked my appt online to us actually going into the office to submit our application, she was so genuine and calm in her approach and incredibly thorough-from making sure we understood how to navigate the website and create an appt to where to properly sign our license, etc. I cannot recommend going here enough simply because our process was so seamless.
