If you are shopping for a vehicle, this is the place to do it no matter the distance! I found the jeep gladiator I was looking for but it was 800 miles away from me. I was apprehensive due to the distance, but after a phone with their staff I felt right at home! Everything went smooth as glass, all questions and concerns about this long distance purchase was answered professionally and in such a way that there was no anxiety in how to make it all come together. I received the Jeep and I’m happy with the purchase but let me tell you the real story here is the staff at Brown Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram they are top shelf!

The service department here doesn’t take accountability for their mistakes. Took our truck in to get a routine oil change and somehow the transmission fluid was emptied out! The truck was driven to El Paso Texas and started messing up. When taken to the dealership in El Paso they found there was no transmission fluid but before the oil change done at Brown Dodge everything was working fine and running smoothly so it was due to their mistake by emptying the wrong thing. The dealership from El Paso tried multiple times to contact them so they can rectify the situation but Brown Dodge refused to help even though it was their fault. This was a brand new truck that had 5,000 miles and was driving/hauling fine until after the oil change at Brown Dodge. Such a shame that no one can own up to their mistakes here at this dealership. Would NOT recommend them at all to anyone!

I have never purchased from them. But for some reason Emily calls and texts me with "Amazing sales opportunities available". Im not looking to purchase a Dodge product, and if i was this isn't selling me.

Wow! I was looking for a Dodge 3500 and was dreading going to a dealership because of our past experiences. We were already in negotiations with another dealer who was being unreasonable. We happened to keep looking and found this one online when we called we talked to the manager Nathan and confirmed was still available. We let them know we would be driving from an hr away, when we arrived the truck was prepped and ready for test drive. Our salesman Thomas was kind, respectful, and really patient with us despite he was working with other clients. Roland in financing submitted us to our preferred lender and got us out the door quick. They gave us a good deal on our trade and this is the fastest best experience we have ever had at a dealership! We definitely will be doing business with brown in the future!

Usually go to New Bruanfuls for service on my wife’s mini van. Thought I would give the smaller dealership a chance. Was told two days for them to look at it , surprise got a call next morning from Becky with estimate and my vehicle was ready that afternoon. Longer drive but well worth the service. Shame the bigger dealers can not learn from them. Thank you Becky
