Bought a power steering pump for my pickup. Several said buy from Ford better. Parts guy order it went picked it up put it on. Last a few days and went out. Called him said was not under warranty because they didn't put it on. Said part put on by customer not under warranty. I have called the "manager" John 3x. That guy is in more meeting, and never calls back. I contacted 2 other for dealers they said they are wrong. Have always hear this place is a JOKE. Now i know why. Stay away from them. Still waiting for call back.

If I’m being 100 percent honest they do not deserve any stars. Worst experience of my life! Very hard to contact there service department. They do not give you the time of day to tell them your concerns. My car was there for nearly 5 months and I immediately had problems with it after I picked it up. The mechanic knew about the problems and told me he did not know what to do. I have tried to handle the issue civilly but got no where with the service department or the General manager of the dealership.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!

It took me four months to get my truck basically rediagnosed and we still owed $4000 with it not being drivable. on top of that my tires are all flat with nails. There’s dog hair all in my seats and carpets which I am allergic to dogs. 2 gallons of oil left in the backseat with all the mechanics sweatshirts and belongings. With 300 miles added to my truck. This is ridiculous and so unprofessional.

Do not take your vehicle here.

I stopped by this morning when they opened and the manager John said his service appointment schedule was full. I was able to ask him some questions and he offered me advice to fix my main problem and also helped with a few other minor tasks like checking fluids and a door issue that was preventing it from being opened. Based on his pure hospitality and genuine interest in helping out a customer passing through town, I'll give them 5 stars. Thank you again!

Excellent customer service. We arrived after close when Jon Lind helped us replace our tire when we had a blow out I-70. Kindness like this is so uncommon. I highly recommend taking your business here as you will be treated with custom service that goes above and beyond.

My Ford Edge's engine was replaced in Colorado after a water pump failure during vacation. The initial installation failed, requiring a second engine and three months of waiting. Upon finally receiving the vehicle, I was told the online warranty system would handle everything should a problem arise and no paperwork was needed. However, after 20,000 miles, an oil leak emerged from the timing chain cover. My local Kansas dealership revealed the warranty hadn't been activated due to missing paperwork required from the service department. The first dealership claimed ignorance despite charging over $7,000 for the engine and failing to activate the warranty. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They caused undue stress and left me with a defective engine and no warranty.

Burlington Ford Lincoln is actually a House of Angels! The entire staff is amazing! My rear brakes on my Volvo V70XC started failing on my way down the Colorado Mountains, which got worse as I continued through Colorado until I knew it would not be safe to try to get home 500+ miles away. I called them from a rest area 45 miles away and the really nice lady said they could look at them. I pulled in at 2PM. I was scared but both Dave Richardson and Jon Lind were so nice! Jon Lind looked at my car and showed me the problem, and they were amazingly able to get both pads and rotors AND have their super sweet mechanic install them AND got me back on the road before 5PM the SAME day! AND they replaced a headlight that had just gone out before I got there..... all of that for under $400!!!! Unbelievable! I was shocked! I was traveling with my dog (large black lab) and they let me bring him in while we waited. Dave let me charge my phone and the entire staff was so nice!!! I cannot say enough good things about my experience! Thank You Burlington Ford Lincoln House of Angels! I would give 100 stars if I could!

Very friendly and helpful employees. They worked late for me to get me on the road. I have a land rover broke down near the Burlington exit and they checked the issue and immediately called Land rover to make sure if I am covered under warranty before they even start working on fixing my car. I would definitely suggest this business because I have never seen reasonable prices for the work and every employee is very friendly and patient.
