This company is a scam be careful please. So the sorry is my car got repossessed in February and again in November for one payment. To come find out the charging fee from the first tow. Which makes no sense to me! They are charging $ 9,038 maybe more to get her out. And then Ruben.

As my first auto loan, from day one Cain Financial has been amazing at customer service. They are busy so at times calling may not be ideal but they never fail to reach out and connect. Amanda was so helpful towards the end of my auto loan and made me more confident in owning my first vehicle; Stress free ! Highly recommend

Cain Financial shouldn't still be in bussiness. I am an over the road trucker. CF knows this and my home time is questionable. Every time I make it back to Fresno and pick up my pay check I cash it and pay my bills CF, rent, storage, cell phones and utilities. Back in March 2021 I was two payments behind because the longer I stay on the road the more money when I get home. I always stayed in contact with CF as I was on the road which made it easy for them to repo my car. I had put their payment in the mail on Sunday March 21 2021 Thursday 25 2021 I get a call from home saying the car is not in the back yard. I call CF the next morning and was told yes they had my car repoed. WHY?! I just mailed your payment Sunday morning. Well we don't have it so we took your car. I'm steaming. I tell dispatch I need to get home now. Monday morning CF calls me and says they have my payment. Okay so I get my car back? NO. I have to pay Fresno PD the tow company and storage fees. WHAT?! I still don't have my car.

When calling you can never talk to a person. They don't even have a robot to talk to it just says phone is busy try again later no matter when you call. Or you just get a loud ringing noise.

Cain financial is by far the worst when it comes to answering there phone. Call like 35 times and never did anyone answer the damn phone is if no one works there. And they don't take time to answer there voice mail because it says that it is full.
