Pague mi carro en el mes de diciembre y ese mismo día me lo remolcaron y me pusieron la excusa de que ellos sienten que el vehículo no estaba seguro. Cada vez que hablaba con Mary pareciera que se estaba comiendo una vaca entera. Servicio al cliente pésimo, cero profesionalismo. Te cuelgan la llamada en la cara sin dejarte hablar.

They deleted my review 🤨 but I will put it back... be very careful with this financial. I paid for my car in December and that same day they towed it and gave me the excuse that they felt the vehicle was not safe. Every time he talked to Mary it seemed like she was eating a whole cow. Terrible customer service, zero professionalism. They hang up the call in your face without letting you speak.

I purchased my car through a buy here pay here lot in 2021. The original company I made payments to went under and sold my account to Adonis. I pd off my car to Adonis last year and have all receipts. I came home from work and my car is gone. Did a police report and found out Cal Tennessee repoed my car. I’ve contacted every number possible and no one has info on my account. I searched their website and found my account under their company, showing I owe $900 to them. No idea why my account was sold to them and I don’t know how to get my car back!!?!

Honestly, this company is a JOKE! I do not recommend anyone to use them UNLESS your credit is extremely poor or "YOU'RE" just looking for a ride. My car-loan was not processed correctly from the very beginning. I'm not even sure if my car is in my name or not TBH, considering the fact that my fiance co-signed with me & I have yet to see a 2014 Dodge Charger on any credit of mines. Tiffany is helpful & STRESSFUL at the same time. Cal-Tenn's POLICY & RULES change every month! Please think about what you're doing before buying a car from them!!! *TAKE IT FROM ME* Tiffany can be rude at times only because her BOSS is rude to her. I will not argue with anyone when I'm already over-paying for a 2014 year model vehicle. I've had this car for 1 year & my check engine light has came on twice already. I only asked for extra time to submit my car payment in so I could get my engine properly fixed & Tiffany went on a crazy rant about my account being this & that. I'm honestly frustrated & over it. IDK if I want to keep or trade in my ride because I've put a ton of $ into it already. I HATE SHADY FINANCE COMPANIES!!! Be blessed...

Jessica is a true Power Ranger, she set arrangements to purchase the vehicle of my choice. I mean she worked with me, which helped me to tighten up the purse straps remain focused and now it’s mine. Thanks Jessica, for helping me when NO other dealer would. Luv Franklin Motors this is my third Auto Purchase from Franklin.

I’m getting the feeling that the people leaving reviews on here are the folks who work for the company. There’s no way this is a real company. I called to ask a simple question and the lady kept putting me on hold as I was talking. Since when did a finance company have cell phones when you call to make a payment? Something about this company doesn’t feel right.

They are crooks . Tiffany tries to act like she's know something or she's helpful but isn't She just regurgitates information that people tells her. Mark tries to act like he knows something but doesn't know anything He just gives Tiffany information to regurgitate. My father passed away and my mother has been trying to get the information transferred over to their name but they haven't been successful due to the crooks that run his business. Spoke to Mary who sound like she just came back from lunch from drinking all day and she was unhelpful. They are just a money hungry company who doesn't really care about the people or helping anyone. This was a simple issue that could have been rectified but instead they referred us to someone who no longer works in the company due to day no longer have a dealership here in Florida. Why would you refer somebody who doesn't work for the company as a bank you guys don't have a financial department to handle this type of situation. In all they suck don't do business

Mary in asset recovery is not an honest person. When they failed to process a payment, that was set for automatic payments, they doubled the payment on the last transaction. When I called to investigate the payments, she told me she attempted to call and left a voicemail to let me know that the payment was declined on the last auto-pay date. Not only was there no payment ran through on my account on that date (verified through my bank, which she told me she did twice), there is also no call log nor voicemail from cal-tenn on that date. This is not the first time I have had an issue with this business and Mary speaks to people in a very condescending tone. Don't try to put blame on innocent people when you're the one at fault.

Charles at cal-Tenn is absolutely amazing. He is professional and Real. Life has obstacles and he understands that and will do everything he can to help you! I was at risk (high) of losing my vehicle due to banking issues... after dealing with a not-so-nice girl with them... I was able to finally get back to Charles and resolved the issue within 24 hours. This is how it should be! Sometimes collectors fail to take into account that they themselves and sometimes need understanding and a helping hand. I got that and more with Charles. He is a commodity.
