Banking options are good, and the new savings and high yield checking have good returns so far. The Loan dept was a terrible experience and they led me on about what they could reasonably offer me, they really wasted my time. I'll update when I get higher paying job and try again for a personal loan.

Overall I usually have a great experience and they are fast. However, getting a credit card through yall has been a trip. Not a fun at that. Most of it has been lack of communication. I have called or done some other action everytime I said I would. Every week, without fail. I am told I will recieve an email, a call, something. And I have to end up calling you guys and Im still waiting for a call back when yalls card machine is up, which was supposed to be back up this past Friday.

I attempted to deposit a check that was made out to both my wife and I. Unfortunately we don't share an account but we both have separate accounts with Canvas for well over a decade. The teller was rude and said he would need his managers approval to deposit and asked my wife and I if there was any other bank we could go to deposit the check since they considered it third party. The check was from one of the biggest new home builders in North America and the amount was insignificant to what I already had in savings. After some arguing they did allow us to deposit it but insisted on a 7 day hold. Talk about making your customers feel like unwelcome criminals. Will be moving both my wife and mine accounts to a different bank after this experience. It's one thing to have policies but apparently there is grey area on when you choose to enforce them. My wife and I have done this at other locations throughout the years without any flak. Just ridiculous customer service.

The only thing I didn't like as a customer was that the remodeling is very nice and everything, but I think there is very little privacy for the customer in the way they designed the customer service area when they come to make withdrawals, deposits, etc. I even feel that their employees have less security by being so exposed to those who enter and leave the branch.

Folks are super nice and accommodating. Always like coming into this location. Again, folks are friendly and caring. Not treating you like a number.
