I’d been car shopping for my daughters first car for a few weeks. Tonight, after an exhaustive afternoon of no luck, we decided to give Car Connection a chance simply because we were driving by. Thank goodness we did. Not only was it getting close to closing time, but the car my daughter was interested in was deep behind several others. They were so attentive and quick paced to get the car out for a test drive. After we decided we’d like to buy it, the guys were such good help. From the financing to the general sense of them being personable, it was hands down the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend Car Connection & will surely be a repeat customer. If I could give negative stars I would! Absolutely AWFUL customer service. The car that was purchased has more wrong with it than right and the owner wants to do NOTHING to help! He is a cheapskate and sells awful cars. Do NOT buy a car from him. No matter how badly you need one. You will get scammed and ripped off!!!!! What an unprofessional way to run a business and when people give bad reviews you tell them to get a life? Maybe don’t sell junk cars to people.

I bought a 2003 Z71 Chevy Tahoe from Car Connections almost exactly 1 year ago and I couldn't be happier. David and Ahmad are a pleasure to work with and my car is awesome and still running great. I originally went in to buy a suburban they had on the lot and after I didn't really care for it, David was very nice and showed me the rest of their inventory an steered me to the closest vehicle that was even better than what I originally went in for. They were not pushy or trying to upsell me and they were very honest and kind. Highly recommended.

TURN AND RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.

Absolute garbage place to buy a car. Seriously just stay away and go find somewhere else. No matter how good of a deal it seems like they have. I made the mistake of trusting some of the good reviews on here and some of the dealers responses. They conveniently forget to mention when they say that the car has been fully inspected that they mean by them. Not an actual mechanic, just the sales people. Which I'm sure means they pop the hood and say "Yup, that's an engine". I should have turned an ran the moment I saw how run down and decrepit their car lot and office building was. I thought I got a really good deal on a BMW with less than 90,000 miles on it, but I blew a coolant hose off while I was test driving it which freaked me out. But they promised it was an isolated incident and that they would throw in a warranty to make me feel better. They will say and do anything and make any promises they can to get you to sign the papers and get out the door. Then you're completely on your own. The check engine light came on ON MY WAY HOME FROM THE DEALERSHIP, and within 2 weeks it had a huge coolant spill and I'm currently looking at 2,000 dollars in repairs for a car I had bought 2 weeks ago. The fine print on the warranty they offered pretty much only has any effect if your engine or transmission completely blows up.

This place is a joke and Ahmed is a con artist.
