Five stars is not enough for the service that we have gotten from Shonda, the manager, and Jim who is our sales representative. We started doing business with them in 2011 and have NEVER had any negative experiences. The cars and trucks that we have purchased have been excellent as has been the service. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company and the people that work there! I suggest that if you are looking for a new vehicle go to Cars of Kentucky first, you’ll be glad you did!! This has been one of the best car buying experiences we have had. We drove 2 hours and were treated very well. No one followed us around, but Brandon made himself available if we needed him. It was a hassle free process. We got the car home and notice a headlight was out and needed to be replaced. They are in the process of shipping the part at their expense. We will definitely deal with Cars of Kentucky again in the future!
