Not only did my car come out looking worse than it did when we took it in, but they lost so many parts. We decided not to repair the car because my husband could do it vs totaling out the car and it going to the junk yard. They knew we were possibly taking it home the way we brought it in. They broke the windshield, lost parts, etc. They said they were just planning on billing the insurance for it since they assumed we would change our mind about taking it home. They said sometimes they get careless when they can just bill the insurance for all damages they did. Never again. We will never go there.

These guys are top notch. I went in with some minor damage to my beloved truck. They were super professional, very nice and got my truck in and out extremely quick.
