I started working with cascade in Oct of 24 and but Dec of 24 I am know a homeowner!!! I had very terrible luck with working with previous lender and they failed miserably I was then referred to cascade and I must say if I buy another home it will definitely be with them! They have been very informative and punctual weather it was by email or phone I never went without an answer. Cascade encouraged me to ask questions being it is my first time purchasing a home and then praised me when I had some very difficult question. Almost as if they were impressed with me as a client as much as i was impressed with them as a financial institution!! Long story short use cascade!!

We began the home buying process a month ago now. Put the $1000 deposit on a home, and have $50,000 cash to put down on the house. It's been the most stressful purchase we have ever tried to make! A month and they keep ignoring our question of if we are even approved for the home! They have asked us to bend over backwards giving them any and everything they have asked for, yet can't answer 1 question we asked more than once. They have asked us for everything you can think of shy of blood samples, and we have provided everything yet they keep coming back with more and more that they need. I think it would have been easier to purchase a home through cascade if we didn't have any money to put down. At this point I highly recommend finding a different financial company to go through. We are going to check with a bank cuz this has gotten absolutely ridiculous! It takes a month to close on a house, but they can't even answer If we are approved a full month after we put the $1000 deposit down. Save yourself a major headache and steer clear of cascade!

So far I'm not loving them we started trying to get pre aproved and applied with cascade and a nother company . Well we herd from them late Monday like 8 pm wv time. And the following day I wated to get the promised phone call and email and nothing!! I reached out to the manufacturing lot that we have been dealing with and they haven't heard anything.. I've called several time and can't get threw to any one they are allways closed.... it's crazy how I already herd back from the 1st company but not them I'm about to go some where ealse

Our experience with Cascade Financial services was outstanding. Kelly King was such a great help answering our multitude of questions & concerns thru the entire process. He even took the time to conference call us after hours one evening and walk us thru a lot of figures that we didn't understand one by one. Premium customer service. Highly recommended !

I'm in a FEMA disaster area and lost work for 3 days (unpaid) and was displaced for 6 days with no power. I called to see if Cascade could let me skip a payment and add it to the back end like a prior mortgage company let me do. The answer was no. But I could delay it so next month I would owe a double payment ( she also said I would take a credit hit). I have a credit score over 730, never late and my home is worth about $80k more than I owe. I think they could be more flexible. I hope they're never in the position that I am in. You better believe I'm shopping around to refi.

Terrible company all they do is lie. Everytime we call in it’s a different story. Twisted lies every call. Whatever you do don’t use them.
Being in a disaster area from Helene with no power or water for 16 days asked for 1 month off they dinged my credit and have given me the run around

Amazing!! This was a first time home buying experience and I couldn't even dream of having someone better than Kelly King. He kept me informed every single step of the way. He updated about every other day, even with the small things. He took the time to explain in Elmo language what was happening, what I needed to provide, and what was being signed.

I've lived with some roommates who have had "okay" experiences, when I was present during that time, but this experience set the bar so high that I don't think I could handle working with a less structured, transparent, and knowledgeable company! TRUST me, you won't regret choosing them! Kelly King is the BEST!
