Amazing communication. Super quick responses. My car was gone asap and the tow truck driver was incredibly helpful. Tower gets 5 stars because there was an issue getting the car out of the driveway, it wouldn't go to reverse and he was incredibly helpful. Totally recommend.

Process went smoothly, only gripe would be with tow truck driver as he was close to 45 late to the time that he said he would be there and I understand that its out of Copart's hands to control that
