I did a refinance on an investment property and after speaking to several different lenders over a period of 2 years CASH CALL WAS THE BEST!!!! I highly recommend Cash Call they work EXTREMELY FAST and knew a lot of stuff that other lenders never told me. I plan to do another refinance with them on another property that's how GREAT the service was. SUPER HAPPY I'm able to sleep much better at night now.

Today I finished with CashCall. Never had one problem with them. Paid my payments on time every month. Not everyone who gets this type of service knows that they may pay a little bit more then some other Banks or lenders. But I will say that I never had one problem ever. Just want to say thank you to cash call, you took a chance and helps me when nobody else would. My life is back to normal with no problems

My second refinance Cash Call failed to close the deal. They kept asking for additional paperwork and resigning the loan docs. After two weeks of delays, we still cannot get to funding. Probably should have gone to another leaner.

Even though there was no money out of my pocket, they still wasted my time with sending paperwork and resigning loan docs...

I got a personal loan 6 months ago and today my payoff is $151 more than I borrowed. Thieves! They should all be arrested or at least experience incredibly bad luck. Edit: 4 years later, still tell everyone who will listen, cashcall makes your situation worse. I paid $4,500 to borrow $2,500 for 6 months. Bankruptcy raised my credit in the first month, plus I don't owe anyone anything anymore.

Have you ever started a mortgage with a mortgage company and had to fill out tons of paperwork and then after all of the closing paperwork dust has settled the mortgage company has you skip the first payment so then your payment is almost two months away? Well CashCall is the same however my first payment was a couple of days late.

CashCall nailed me with a $67.00 fee. I called them to ask if they can waive the fee since we are just starting our business relationship as a gesture of good will and the agent told me "NO...that is not our policy to refund late fees".

They were late in the closing however I did not charge them a Late Fee.

Well MY "Policy" is to announce to others that CashCall is a hard nosed $#? hole of a company and they are OK when they screw up however they nail the customer when the customer screws up.

In real estate for 16 years...just used to refinance my home... saved 20k by shortening term to 15 years and dropping rate and keeping payment same. If you have good credit and half a brain u should have no problems.

We began our refi procesd in early March 2020...Did all the docs and paperwork..Then after enthusiastic back and forth.. suddenly heard Nothing.. .Credit is well over 800 ..great loan to debt ratio etc..Then communication stopped. Then got a no reply email. advising in effect that due to covid ..they were working from home. backed up. etc...well ok....Then weeks later got another email advising that they closed operations....and to click on a response advising that they are working with a "trusted partner"..I clicked Yes...still nothing ..Problem is thatvthey appear to be still in business as our current mortgage is with them and the bill has a message regarding refinancing with them..I then called the number this past week and still no response...We are older and Im retired with good income and credit well over 800 as I said. .Something very fishy here. I have now started the refi process with another lender Negative 5 stars...jh

We had an issue with the closing process wherein our cash out amount changed as compared to the contract. We are working with the CFPB to resolve and have refied to a new lender. Cash Call owes us an escrow account refund that seems to have gotten lost in the mail though we have received duplicate disclosures in the mail sent the same time as the checks. Crooks, plain and simple, and the OCC, FRB, and CFPB need to look at them in detail as they are doing with the bigger lenders.
