When we moved to Colorado and purchased our home about 10 years ago, Castle & Cook (Lisa Gross) did a terrific job for us and we’ve never had an issue with our mortgage. So, when my wife and I discussed possibly refinancing, we reached out to our Castle & Cook loan officer. We are so glad we did! I spoke with Christin Richardson and explained what my wife and I were thinking about. The next day we met and she had three options ready for us. After reviewing and deciding which option worked best for us … AWESOME RATE … Christin had the paperwork to start the process already prepared and I was able to do all the initial signing/initialing without my wife having to take off work. We had weekly updates, but not many, as we were “closed” in just over 3 weeks from calling.

The bottom line … we received a great rate, were able to pay off our RV and save $500+ a month!
