Joe Massey and his team were fantastic from start to finish. We weren’t sure if we could afford the house we were looking at and he talked us through the whole process. He was available for the many questions that we had, and we felt reassured every time we spoke with him or his team. After our offer was accepted he called and asked if we were excited. We said we were happy but nervous, and Joe said “well tell me about that.” It brought a human element that you don’t always expect in these types of things. He had done his part, he didn’t need to talk us through anything, but he did anyway. He and his team are truly wonderful, and we are so thankful that they were on our team.

I have met Joe a few times at various investor meetups. He is always sharing strategies for investors. As an investor he was very easy to work with for my double cash-out refi and was able to get both my loans closed in exactly 2 weeks. One was my primary and one was a rehab turned into a rental that was funded with a hard money loan, typical BRRR strategy. The rates and fees were good and around what I expected. They made it easy to deliver my financial files to them. They let me pick the date and time of the closings and we held them at their office, it made it very easy. I will definitely use Joe again and I recommend that others take a look at what they have to offer as a first time home buyer, seasoned home buyer, or investor.

I have done probably close to 15 loans with Joe and his team. They are super easy to work with, always willing to move at my speed, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Joe is always willing to take time out of his day for me and help me figure out what my options are. Joe is my goto guy for all my loan needs and I only use someone else if he can't help.
