Save yourself the headache and stress, I honestly should have never went against my first gut feeling to not purchase from here. So many red flags ignored that I can only blame myself for. We went in and test drove the car which seemed great, went home to discuss it and agreed that it would fit our needs, so proceeded with the application process. I had a pre approval from Capital one which is how I ended up at CDJR, I was a little put off by the amount of notification I got for credit pulls as I assumed it was only Capital One(No one’s fault I misunderstood) I made it very clear I could comfortably put $2000 Chase called me to tell me that everything was good to go and that I just needed to bring a check in for the down payment when I got off work at 5:30, I let him know it would be about 6:30is as I was coming from Springs. We get there a little after 6:30 for Chase to bring a sheet of paper stating that the bank added on extra fees and was requiring $4000 or $5000 down, as pissed off as I was because you could have told me this before having me drive to castle rock. I let him know I could easily do $3000 but $4000 or $5000 would take everything I have from my next 3 paychecks. At this point I should have walked away but I’ve already spent 3 days driving to castle rock where we were just tired at that point and we needed something because our other vehicle kept having gas leaks. The car is delivered to my job the next day where one of my maintenance guys immediately lets me know that something is hanging in the back of the vehicle. I call Chase and he tells me to send a pic which I forgot to do right away but did end up sending a pic of some metal rod hanging, and a broken cup holder that was covered by a silicone insert. I’ve had the vehicle about 3 weeks and we have discovered what ever is hanging from the back, the broken/busted cup holder, the headed seat does not work (At least for the drivers side), the brakes were not replaced as they started screeching within a week, it sounds like a hellcat when you start it up because the engine rattles and of course I can’t get any of this looked at until I finish paying these scam artists their down payment, I would stay away from this place, I regret ever accepting any calls. I will not Tricia who I first spoke to was amazing and not at all pushy I she deserves recognition because she is the only reason I did buisness here was her amazing customer service
