Hate them. Horrible experience. At least tell people you don't inspect the vehicles at all. Please stop lying. If you're going to pass along problems - price them that way. Sold me a truck that should have been totaled there was so much damage. $15000 to repair it.
Everything else was just Very unprofessional. Don't work with them. Ever.

I've worked with a couple of small dealers in the past and during this shopping experience as well. Central Autos proved to be a step above the rest. I had my doubts going in having been burnt before and having seen some of the negative reviews. Daniel is there to take care of his customers. The reality is that a small dealer will sell vehicles "AS IS", that is why they are less than a bigger dealer who have crazy mark ups.
Daniel showed us cars in the price range we were looking for; was knowledgable about his inventory and upfront about what they will do and not do.The check engine light came on after we left the lot. He took it back with the codes that I gave him. His mechanic took care of the two misfires registered. Got it back and another misfired. He took it again and just replaced all ignition coils and spark plugs to be safe. It's a shame the issue wasn't caught upfront, but he stood behind it, took care of the problem and earned my trust.
They tried to take care of an AC issue, which was above and beyond what was promised. It ended up being more than a freon charge and that falls under AS IS.
If you go in with the realistic expectations, then you will be satisfied.
Daniel is a good guy and I would go back.

I too got burned by Central Autos. Buyers beware, they will sell you a lemon or vehicle with undisclosed issues and hidden problems. Don't let them take advantage of you and get an inspection by a third party.

My 2012 Forester burns a quart of oil per tank of gas but this was not disclosed upon purchasing my vehicle. They would not do anything to help me out and I have learned this lesson the hard way.

Don't waste your time or money at this business. The salesman is a liar and a crook. (more so than usual) If you bought a vehicle here and didn't get robbed, you were one of the fortunate ones. I am speaking from personal experience, so please trust me. I had to get my bank involved to refund a deposit he decided he was going to keep. You have been warned...

Horrible! Sold me a car that continuously overheated from the get go. They wouldn't help me with it and $3k in repairs later I ended up HAVING to do a voluntary repo because it was not drivable. Credit is ruined.

Purchased a truck from Central Autos. It needed some work and I was OK with that, I have enough experience to repair most issues. First of all, the truck was on the lot without a full exhaust system, which Central Autos fixed, but why would you even put a truck like that on a lot for sale? They were very helpful BEFORE I bought the truck. AFTER, the truck did not make it 500 miles (only vehicle to leave me stranded in my adult life), transmission started to go, then the engine bearings and also found a number of warning lights had been removed in the dash. I called John, the salesmen that sold me the truck a few times, he didn't respond until I finally caught him on the phone. I asked him if they had another truck on the lot (I felt this one had been severely abused) and I would take a loss on my current truck if they would take it in on trade. I never heard from John again despite leaving a few messages. I sent an email to their main address and received a call from someone responsible for customer service. They were also surprised that I did not receive a call back from the salesman, especially after I was willing to give them another chance. I never asked them to give me a refund, I knew I would take a loss on the truck, I really wanted to work this out and end up with a positive experience. So, the person on the line told me they would speak to the owner and see what they could do and get back to me. Well, never heard back from anyone. I think this epitomizes the reputation that used car dealers have. Very helpful and courteous until they sell the car, then they don't know you. I went to Family Trucks and Vans, good experience, good deal, good truck. I won't be returning to Central Autos ever.

I was really happy with my car and experience from here. They even let me drive the car all the way down to the Springs where my mechanic is so he could look at it. My mechanic say a few small issues that we reported back and they fixed them up free of charge. They have a lovely cat, and the other employees were great too. The paperwork seemed over before I knew it and I was off enjoying my new car.

Buyers beware! Mike is will not disclose all problems and is very unethical. I bought a GMC 3500, flew in to pick it up. Got there and 3 body panels where painted with a spray can, radio didn't work and there were several other issues. Asked them to fill it up, they gave me a gift card for 20 bucks. Thanks for the 4 gallons of diesel, Mike! Run far away from this dealership!!!
