Hace más de 1 mes que liquide mi lincoln nav completo 3.400 en su totalidad según ellos me mandaban el título por correo o yo podía recogerlo en cualquier agencia y cuando fui hoy me dicen que todavía ellos no me habían quitado de la computadora mal trabajo el de ellos hace más de 1 mes y todavía no tengo el título y no aparezco como que pague mucho cuidado con esa agencia y los diles que trabajan con ellos y te sacan dinero de tu cuenta sin tener pagos automáticos ni autorización a mi me pasó eso con ellos

I see some negative things being said on here but the facts are simple, when you sign a loan with them you authorize ACH and Debit withdrawals and the ONLY time they will opt in to use that authority is if you are GRIEVOUSLY LATE on your payments as they have done with me, but let me tell you these ladies while perhaps a little short at times (imagine who they have to work with, me included) will move heaven and earth to work with you, JUST COMMUNICATE (as I learned) and yeah you’re interest rates are high but why in the world do you think that is the case? BECAUSE YOU HAVE BAD CREDIT AND ARE CONSIDERED A RISK TO OTHER LENDERS? I had a repossession on my record AND THEY STILL WORKED WITH ME! These guys are great and now my score is improving BECAUSE OF CFS! If you’re in a tight spot and cannot get financed through traditional lenders these guys are A GREAT ALTERNATIVE hands down, it’s been almost a year and these guys have put up with my crap from day one, I’m not gonna sugar coat it? There's not enough Stars to show much appreciation. Big thanks to the staff at CFS of South Florida for being so professional and helping out when I needed it. Everyone in this office is very nice people. They are the best group of people to deal with. They treat you like a friend and they are always willing to work and help in any way possible. Shout out to Chrissy for being an amazing person, she worked with me and my husband when we needed assistance with our account and she was very patient and genuine with us. The process was fast and easy and I would definitely RECOMMEND using them and I highly recommend Chrissy in case you have any questions and issues with your account. It was a pleasure working with her. The entire office staffs are extremely professional and care for your needs. Great Place to get a loan and they treat you like family. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
They are extremely rude and will take money out of your account even if you have an arrangement and you advise them over 4 times not to take they payments.
I am behind on the payment also having issues with the vehicle which they are aware.
I spoke to Liz today who is extremely rude, she will be disrespectful and when you respond to her disrespect she will hang up on you. Like she did to me today!!!
This is the type of people who do not care about the client.
If you want to call a finance company where you speak with polite people this is NOT!!! The place.
I have done finance and collection work for small companies and much bigger corporate companies and I can tell you this is not the way you do business.
