I’m writing this review without anybody asking me for it. I had the nicest experience at Cherry Creek automotive. I’ve been all over the state of Colorado, trying to use my tax credits to buy a plug-in hybrid. This was one of two dealerships that actually was willing to work with me and listen to me when trying to buy a vehicle. It made for a super easy experience. I came in to look one day, probably spent less than an hour looking at the car. The next day I came to sign the paperwork easy Peezy I need to thank Calvin for a great experience. Been looking for a while for something I can get in, love, AND afford. From the very beginning, Calvin was super down to earth and awesome. He was there to answer any questions/concerns I had. The best experience we have had at a dealership by a mile! We were in and out in about an hour, once we decided on the car, and everything was done with us right there, full transparency. Ismael was great, he even let us see in real time on his computer what the banks all offered and how the payment changed with different down payments. The vehicle was competitively priced, and there was no aggressive or gimmicky sales approach. We felt that they were there for our benefit, customer focused. They were knowledgeable and friendly, and the vehicles were clean, inside and out. It was the first dealership that we had been to that made us feel that we could trust them. We will definitely buy from Cherry Creek Automotive and Ismael again!

Highly recommend this dealership! Quick and easy process. The best part is there’s no shady business. You don’t leave feeling like you were got or swindled.. they were welcoming, helpful, and honest. We bought our SUV a few years ago and still haven’t had any major problems. Which is a first for us with a used car && When we had a minor problem with the truck, they were quick to offer help, even though it was several months after our purchase. Turns out, nothing was wrong, it just needed a new key.

I would definitely consider this dealership if the future!!!

To whom it may concern,
My family and I found the right car we were looking for at Cherry Creek Automotive. When I called, I talked to Shad and he got the car ready for us. When we finally got there, I had in my mind that I would be dealing with a typical "forward" car salesman that would irritate me right off the bat. Well, I was wrong. Shad was/is very laid back, he was very knowledgeable about the car and HONEST. He was not pushy, he did not try to sell us something that we did not want, and he was very accommodating. During the buying process, he was prompt, and thorough. I/we could have not asked for a better environment during this stressful time for us, which was trying to make a teenager happy and not spend too much money. : ) All in all, I highly recommend Cherry Creek Automotive. It is a small company, but it is obvious they have been doing this business for a long time. Thank you Justin and Shad for everything.

I bought a 2019 Mercedes on the spot. I stopped by this dealership first since it’s walking distance from my house and I didn’t even bother going anywhere else after. Ismael was super knowledgeable and trustworthy that I signed a deal within an hour of arriving. I am loving the car. It’s in great condition and Ismael was very honest about the history of the car. I’ll be going back to buy my sons first car as soon as he gets his license.

Shad Smith was amazing! I purchased a 2015 Audi SQ5 an He was upfront about car along with providing A multi point inspection. He arranged a puck up from the airport and was completely honest with car condition. His honesty and professionalism go beyond just the average salesman. He is a stand up true blue man who was a joy to get a car from! I flied from Atlanta to Denver to get this car and it looked better in person than as described. A true businessman! I haughty recommend him and Cherry Creek Automotive!!!
