Cheryl seemed great in the beginning of our reverse mortgage. But after talking to Paulette, the "loan guru" and going over the numbers we were ghosted. Cheryl said, she would call me the next day. When the time came, she texted, I got hung up on a call, can I call you later? Answer was yes please. Never heard from her again. Learning about lending processes is confusing and time consuming. Cheryl's team does a perfect job providing information without taking up too much time. Other lenders I've talked to spent a long time on the phone or through email to tell me very little. Also, Cheryl's team followed through on everything they predicted at the beginning of the process.
