Working with Chris was amazing!

When I started thinking to buy a house I meet a couple of brokers but I got the feeling they were so aggressive and I did not wanted to share my personal information with everybody.

Then I was very lucky to meet Chris, Chris was very respectful of my information, he just requested a few data and I was pre-approved. He guided me through all the process, when something was not clear Chris helped me to understand what was happening.

Making and offer for a house is hard, so Chris worked directly with my Agent and he told me the pros and cons, and make some recommendations on the decisions I had to take, the decisions were mine but it is better to make informed decisions.

After we got the offer accepted Chris just did his magic and I got my keys, all I can say is thanks Chris for all your hard work to make this happen!

If I had to describe Chris in one word it would be, thorough.

The house buying process was extremely challenging for my husband and me. My husband had experienced foreclosure and bankruptcy and we were a bit cautious after the whole housing crash a few years ago. Chris took such good care of us. He took his time and was very realistic about what we could afford. He made sure that we received the best loan for us to be able to actually maintain our home, not just get into it.

Due to the complication with our credit and the crazy Bay Area housing market, it took three years for us to finally be in position to buy a house. The moniker “Broker For Life” should be synonymous with Chris Hudson when it comes to purchasing a home or investment property in California. Rather you’re purchasing or refinancing, if you’re in California I highly recommend Chris. My wife and I were both first-time home buyers and mostly novice when entering the home buying process, but after meeting Chris we quickly realized we met a broker who truly understands how to break down the financial side of purchasing a home, investing in yourself, in our case investing in both our family’s future and real estate.

Chris’ platform allowed for us to engage in the process via a touch-less environment where we rarely physically needed to be in-person with anyone. In fact, the only time we saw someone in-person for 15 or more minutes on the financial side, was when we met with the notary to sign the papers and close on our home.

Impressive client centered service. If you are looking for someone to provide you with a truly personalized loan experience, then look no further than Christopher Hudson. I have had the pleasure of working with Christopher on two occasion, during which he exceeded my expectations. I appreciate his individualized, in-depth, and extremely detailed loan approach.
Chris demonstrates a high level of knowledge and understanding, which allows him not only to provide a service, but an educational loan experience. He did more than simply tell my husband and I about the various loans available. He provided us with pertinent information and professional guidance that empowered us to make a smart loan decision.

Patient, competent, thorough, and money saver. Those are the thoughts that come to mind when I think about my experience with Christopher Hudson.
Prior to meeting Chris, I prepped for the ultimate battle. I read books, searched the Internet, spoke with family and friends, and contacted referrals. Despite all of this, I still was very anxious and uncertain about the home loan process.
Chris was extremely patient and informative, from the beginning to the end, while guiding my husband and I as first time homebuyers. He was able to easily answer questions, if needed restructure responses, and provide examples free from technical jargon. Chris proved to be a down to Earth kind guy who knew how to put the "petal to the metal" when needed to make everything happen in a smooth and timely fashion. He also saved us a bunch of money and got us a great PMI rate that was hundreds of dollars less per month than anyone else quoted!
I am beyond satisfied with my experience with Chris Hudson and highly recommend him.
