They have excellent customer service, always friendly and very helpful. I was referred to them by a friend who also had a very positive experience and have been happy with their service ever since. Their prices are reasonable, and I don't feel like they try to sell you things that aren't needed, I definitely trust what they recommend. They also offer a shuttle service, and the waiting area is very comfortable with an assortment of drinks and free Wi-Fi while you wait. We will definitely continue using Christian Brothers.

I don't consider asking me for almost $4,000 for a simple break change as such. I needed brakes, at all so I could drive my kids to school, single mom here, and they absolutely refused to help me. Oh, Unless I had $4,000, okay 3600 technically. I obviously went elsewhere, and got them done for 500 like I expected, and was able to, not really pay, but had that amount.

Only with not paying rent and every bill for a couple months would I have been able to pay that. Except I wouldn't have been able to drive for work. So, that's a simple choice. Very rude if you are not rich! 😢

No. I was told that brakes, rotors, and calipers had to be replaced and they wouldn't do anything less. And it was going to be about 1200-1500 per tire. Whoever was talked to, I asked if they could just replace the brakes. They told me they would not do that, specifically, without the rest. So when I was told no, you wouldn't do that. I took that as the answer to the question that I waited for a few hours to finally find out. While I needed to be working.

I engaged a mobile mechanic to perform suspension repairs on my truck. However, during the process, he inadvertently stripped out several nuts and was unable to complete all the requested work. Consequently, I took my truck to Christian Brothers for an estimate.

Upon inspection, the service writer at Christian Brothers informed me that the repairs would be straightforward and promptly started the necessary work. While the truck was undergoing repairs, I inquired about the availability of an alignment service. The service writer assured me that it would be feasible.

After the alignment was performed, the technician discovered that the mechanic who replaced the struts had neglected to reinstall several crucial components. Christian Brothers promptly responded by locating the necessary replacement parts and restoring my vehicle to its former condition.

This team is dedicated to delivering high-quality repairs at competitive prices. I am deeply appreciative of their attention to detail and their commitment to ensuring the safety of my family.

Nothing but problems with this location. Had oil pan/gasket work done, took them multiple attempts and thousands of dollars to get correct. Failed to reconnect coolant hose properly resulting in my wife on the side of I-25 with an overheating engine waiting an hour and a half for a tow truck.An apathetic sorry was all they had to offer as an explanation. "Christian" brothers will reply to this review claiming to care and what not, we will never trust this location ever again.

Its refreshing to find a local small business that is honest and fairly priced. Had my vehicle serviced last week and it was done quickly with no issues. Cheaper than the dealership for a transmission flush too.

We gave you another chance, and won’t be back. This is the second oil change in a row that has been performed incorrectly by the Christian Brothers location in Firestone on our Volkswagen Atlas. Mistakes can happen, but this is a demonstrated pattern of disregard and inattentiveness. Both times not enough oil was put back into the car, both times the oil type was not correct, and both times a power tool was used to replace the drain plug which damaged the plug, threading, and crush washer. I strongly recommend training your personnel on how to handle a European oil change (e.g. the required 5 liters of oil is 5.28 quarts, 5W-20 motor oil is not interchangeable with the required 0W-30 full synthetic, and only use hand tools on drain plugs).
