took my car in after it started making some noises AFTER i took it here to replace my rotors and brakes , thought they could just look at it and identify if maybe they did it or it was just another problem with the car and since they give you a 6 month warranty i thought it would be no problem for them to look at it , i talked on the phone about this and the warranty and was assured they can look for free and check the work they did . i dropped my car off and they took a whole day called me 10 mins before close so i couldnt pick it back up untill tmr , charged me 100 dollars for a inspection and then said they couldnt tell me what the noise was or what was wrong with it , they also drove 40 miles on it so im not sure what you drive that much for ? After charging me 100 dollars for something and not telling me anything they gave me a paper of stuff they can start replacing to try and guess to fix it and hopefully it would stop LOL all ranging between 500- 3000 dollars . had to do some own research of my own and i called another place and was told what the problem was within a hour great service !!!!

I scheduled some repairs for my dodge truck. I was on a tight timeline and needed a quick turn around. When I spoke with Jeff, the owner, on the phone I immediately sensed that he had a good and noble heart. I needed someone I could trust. I found that in Jeff and Christian Brothers, Ken Caryl. They had excellent communication. The inspection report with pictures and detailed invoice was efficient and clear. Having the ability to accept and decline each service made the process seamless. Their parking lot was packed with vehicles from other loyal clients. Jeff was able to get my car in, repair the items we discussed and had it ready by noon on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. That was a two day turn around. I have complete faith in Jeff and his team and strongly recommend them.

This place is hands down one of the best places in Colorado to take your vehicles for service. Seth (technician) is unbelievably knowledgeable. Even though I’ve moved out of state I highly recommend all my friends and family to come to this shop! Kind and friendly people who will do you right! Seth thank you again! How does this place have such good reviews? I called the place and Brandon answered. I asked a basic question. He said he will call back, even though it was straightforward question he could answer right away. He never did. Nasty customer service!

Update: Ok, I guess Brandon started telling you lies to save his behind. He never asked for an email! He asked name, phone number and make and model of the car. I provided all that. Lies don't make things better. Apologies do. You either cover for your employee to save your business or you have no idea what the employee are doing. Still nasty business! Now I'm getting more mad and making more official complaints. It could have all be avoided with a respectful call back.

Women, watch out. They will take advantage. I brought my car here and was not informed that just the diagnostic would be $200. Ford does it for free. Then they said the repairs would be $6k + which is more than I can even trade my car in for at this point and that’s triple the price of what other mechanics have now quoted me. Just don’t go. Don’t waste your time and money.

Jeff was fantastic and a pleasure to do business with. He kept us informed during every step of the repairs making sure to set the expectation so there were no surprises. Would recommend their shop to any friends and family needing work not covered by warranty and will absolutely be bringing my truck back as necessary for repairs and/or maintenance. Drove to Denver to visit family in my Tacoma (they never break!). Turns out I needed new front brakes and rotors, I was unsure where to take my truck for service.
