Knowledge - She has been in the industry and Colorado specifically, for years. She did a wonderful job of explaining every step of the process to us. She made things very clear when it came to all the documents, deadlines, and requirements. Her years in Colorado can come in handy as well. She has positive relationships with people all over the state which can be beneficial when it comes to a competitive market.

Trust - She was not pushy when it came to making a decision on our loan. We shopped around for our lender needs, and she was consistently the only person who would suggest new strategies that could save us money. We felt she presented loan options that were actually advantageous for us vs what would be most lucrative to her. A home loan is a massive commitment and having someone you can count on can reduce a lot of stress.

Availability - This might be the most important. In Colorado you have to move fast, and she was available anytime of day, any day of the week. She can close fast if you do your part, and this is a huge advantage. She would check in regularly to make sure everything was moving along. Sometimes you can get lost in the paperwork and process but she always made sure everything was on track in a timely manner.

Oh yeah, very competitive rates as well.
