She is like new! I dinged up my car getting out the parking garage at work and couldn't get the door open anymore. After going to a few different places for a quote I decided to go with Cisco's and it exceded my expectations. It is literally like new again and they fixed my passenger rear view mirror frame that got busted up from hail damage. They also replaced my cracked frame on my tire from a previous tire change. The process was seamless they walked me through all the steps and kept me updated throughout the process. They offered additional services to ensure a comfortable and effortless transition from drop off to pick up. The work is beautiful, if you are looking for a good auto body, this place is definitely worth going to! Thank you SO much to Cisco and the team!

My experience with Cisco’s repair shop was deeply disappointing and revealed a pattern of dishonest practices. At first glance, Cisco presents himself as professional, but his shop falsely claims to be Tesla-certified when it is not. He uses authorization documents filled with one-sided terms to mislead customers (I’m happy to share the details if needed)

My 20-year-old son, already shaken from his first accident, was charged a $100 estimate fee and unknowingly signed what was presented as a “receipt”—which was, in fact, a one-sided authorization agreement. I later witnessed him using the same deceptive approach on another young man in his office. Cisco preys on vulnerable customers by leveraging their vehicles.

Cisco deliberately delaying repairs to pressure insurance companies into paying more, and tacking on extra fees when his demands aren’t met. They don’t care about you as their customers, they will use you as their tool to make more money from both insurance company and car owner.

After a frustrating two and a half months, I finally got my car back, only to be hit with additional charges beyond my deductible and the full insurance payout. When I checked online reviews, I found these one-star ratings that echoed my experience and resonated my opinion. This shop is not Tesla-certified, does not meet BBB standards, and engages in unethical practices designed to exploit customers with unfair fees.

Little bit of a rough start, but Cisco made it right. If you're having troubles with communication please understand it's a small and locally owned shop and you have no reason to doubt.

I can't post 2 reviews so I'll edit this one. Not only does my car look better than the day I bought it, Cisco fixed my horn wiring at no extra cost. All that and I got to support a really cool shop. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Cisco and the team have taken care of several vehicles for me, from minor paint jobs to borderline totaled cars. The work and turn around time are always very reasonable. Highly recommend them for an autobody needs!
