Apparently, they take ONLY emergency calls Mon-Fri. I've tried every day for over a week to get service started only to hear that they are only taking emergency calls. If I'd known this was the SOP, I wouldn't have signed a lease in Fountain.

There system doesn't send the cvv on the back of your card so your autopsy declines and forces you to pay the late fees and such

How do you give the option to pay online but the website says payment is invalid when paying. Try to contact the only phone line available but can’t get past the account number to speak to someone to make a payment. You just don’t want your money or you’re just trying to set people up to have their utility cut off. Do better.

Total joke. Need to get up to speed with 2023.
They tell you they will restore power in an hour, absolutely not true. I am afraid for any elderly or people who lose power in the winter. This company will not help. Customer service is very friendly but after they read their script they are no longer any help.
Very sad that this is our only choice. I hope we can elect some young blood to the fountain government because this is a joke.

Don't move to Fountain if you can possibly avoid it. This place is ridiculous. Fountain Utilities has been hanging on to my deposit for going on 3 years now and refuses to credit it to my account.
