The service I received at this branch was acceptable. But the ability of Climb's customer service to help me get a transaction history (of my own account) sorely lacking. I was told it would cost me $200 and "there was no other way". That wasn't acceptable so I looked around and found how to manually go back through my transactions and print what I needed. Ridiculous that they couldn't point me in that direction and said it would cost at least $200.

I just want to express my thoughts, on my experience at your Lakewood Branch. I had wanted to switch to this Credit Union for a long time. I had been banking at a regular bank for decades.

The thought however off the long process and inconvenience of switching all my accounts had always been a little overwhelming.

I must say though that the whole process was extremely painless all due to the wonderful gentleman and Member Service Represenative at your Branch Ahmed, he went above and beyond, making sure to be there every step of the way, and did so without making me feel clueless or confused.

I really can not say enough to convey how he made, what I thought was going to be an unpleasant, drawn out task that I needed to complete a very pleasant experience.He gave me his direct number, and he even reached out to me by phone himself to ensure that I did not have anymore questions or concerns, after I had already visited him a few times during the process at the branch.

I now feel very pleased, optimistic, and excited to start a future relasionship at your Branch and Credit Union

I recently discovered my account was compromised and took the steps to dispute posted transactions on my account. The people/person using my account fraudulently spent all the money in my checking account that it started pulling from my Revolving Line of Credit. I went into the Lakewood location because my account needed to be closed due to sensitive information being breached and the person who assisted me took no steps in making me feel like I was a “valued member” as they claim or that they’re here to help. I asked if the charges in my Revolving Line of Credit could be disputed since they were fraudulent and I was told “I don’t know I would have to get manager approval”. It seems bizarre that I would be responsible for my banking information being compromised. The person helping me treated me like I was taking up their time and while I am upset that ALL my money has been taken from my account they are ready to move on to the next thing. I was not happy with the treatment that I received nor do I believe their employees meet their values.
