The team at the service department at Clint Newell auto group in Roseburg OR is by far the best one around that I have found. We travel all around the United States, for work so we utilize a lot of different service centers, and this service center has outperformed them all. Mallory and Shelby do an outstanding job in making sure their clients receive top quality service for their vehicles and their clients are satisfied with the results. They go above and beyond to make sure of that. They will continue to receive my business in the service department as well as the sales department, I purchased another one from them this week.

What a wonderful car buying experience. Chelsea Dreier is real professional and made the process effortless. Chelsea kept us up to date with the status of our vehicle while it was in transit from the factory. Goldar Butler is also a real pro. He walked us through all of the features and operations of our new Sienna. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. I give the Clint Newell of Roseburg Team a 5 star recommendation. I highly recommend them if your purchasing a new vehicle.

After several months of looking and contacting dealerships all over the state, we located the exact car we wanted which was allocated to Clint Newell Toyota. We called and spoke with Connor. He was absolutely great to work with - made the process of purchasing a new car painless and seamless. When we arrived to pick up the car, the price was as stated and promised with no additional, sneaky add-ons!

We are in love with our new 2025 Highlander Hybrid. In the near future, we will be buying a Tundra and intend on purchasing it from Clint Newell (even though we live in Salem) because they were so nice to work with.

Painless and efficient sales experience!
Several of us from Advantage Home Care went to Clint Newell to purchase a new company vehicle. We told the saleperson what we were looking for in terms of features, size, etc, and what we were looking to pay. He showed us several models, told us the differences between them, offered test drives, and was generally not pushy and helpful. We drove it back to the office the same day.

My salesman Luis Zuniga helped find me and my family the perfect fit after my car broke down. He answered all of our questions and was patient as we worked out the details of getting the car. Definitely will go back when or if we need another vehicle. 🙂

Do not go to this dealership. I bought my car from them and they were very polite because I was giving them money. I’ve had nothing but issues with this car since I got it. My vacuum pump went out which is a known issue in this car and has recalls. They charged me a ton of money for this repair on top of charging the warranty. Less than a year later my vacuum pump goes out again leaving my car without brakes but because I didn’t take it back to a dealership (mind you it was in the middle of nowhere with no GM dealership around in another state because I was traveling) they won’t do anything about it. This is on top of them not sealing my air filter cabinet correctly and that blowing a tube. Also had to get my AC system replaced under warranty with Coos Bay dealership and they didn’t charge me extra and took way less time with way better customer service. Do not buy from these guys or take your car to these guys to get repaired. They are shady and won’t provide the services they are required to possibly putting you in a dangerous situation.
