We came to Brad when had a bad experience with another lender, and it was a totally different experience. Him and his team were overly communicative, and as a first time home buyer, we had a TON of questions, which he was so quick and patient with us to answer. I first reached out to Tony at 7 pm. He was happy to take our unscheduled call and answer all my questions we had as a first time home buyer. On top of a great offer, Tony was professional, patient, acted fast and most importantly, NO SURPRISES. We recently financed our first mortgage with Tony Close and his team. The seller wanted a shorter than normal escrow period in order to close the deal. That meant that Tony and his team really had to push to get everything finished more quickly than the typical sale. I literally had to call Tony at 9pm on a few occasions to ensure I understood the documents I had to sign. If he didn't answer immediately, he called me right back and always was extremely helpful and patient in making me understand the process. All of the people we dealt with at CLS were great to work with. CLS made it happen for us, and really earned our business. We would definitely recommend CLS to our friends and family and would work with them again in the future!
