We purchased a home in Wellington Seven Hills and are very disappointed with our agent EUGENA TAYLOR.Every thing was going smooth until the closing.
When moving into the home we noticed that there were several areas of the home with no power.When we brought to her attention we were told that an electrician would fixed the problem at no charge.
When the electrician never showed up we contacted the main office a spoke to one nasty owner Bill B and was told once we closed it was no longer Caldwell Bankers problem.
We did not turn any lights on during our walkthrough because it was a rush job at 8 am the morning of the closing which was a 30 minute ride to make the title office by 9 am.
We were told that the walkthrough could not be done the night before because the previous was having the house professionally cleaned (Bogus) and that the walkthrough would have to be the morning of the closing.
Believe me people STAY AWAY FROM COLDWELL BANKER.THIS AGENCY DOESN’t believe in doing the right thing and the owner was very arrogant with my wife until I got on the phone.
This agency is not there to help you once they get their money
We will be filing a complaint with the BBB and possible litigation because the agent handled the truth carelessly and promised to get the issue resolved.

Heritage Pines is one of the most pristine communities in Pasco County and we loved it. We planned on purchasing a home at 18609 Queen Brooks Court offered by Betty Tincher. After touring the home and Betty giving us all information including answering all our questions. She sent our agent the contract and pertinent paperwork. We made the offer and sent her the signed papers.

Then we got screwed. She said she had already been working with someone else for awhile and is finishing up with them. Such a horrible thing to put anyone through that knowing you already had a contract from someone else that was already approved.

We feel this woman should not be representing your community or any other. A copy of this will be going to the Real Estate Board. Hopefully we will still be able to find a home in your community.

They have a plethora of properties that have just recently been sold, and are now re-listed with ZERO IMPROVEMENTS FOR MUCH MORE MONEY. They contribute to a housing bubble. Do not buy anything from these scam artists. They lie, they cheat, and they screw up the housing market for a quick dollar at your expense. The proof is in the listings and the tax documentation. They currently buy houses cheap, and then simply raise the price until they sell. One currently sits at 179/sq foot, and is worth less than 80/sq ft. was just sold last week, now back on the market for 40k dollars more... listed by the exact same agent from this agency... con artists, rip off artists.
