they are in the business of artificially inflating housing prices. They have a plethora of properties that have just recently been sold, and are now re-listed with ZERO IMPROVEMENTS FOR MUCH MORE MONEY. They contribute to a housing bubble. Do not buy anything from these scam artists. They lie, they cheat, and they screw up the housing market for a quick dollar at your expense. The proof is in the listings and the tax documentation. They currently buy houses cheap, and then simply raise the price until they sell. One currently sits at 179/sq foot, and is worth less than 80/sq ft. was just sold last week, now back on the market for 40k dollars more... listed by the exact same agent from this agency... con artists, rip off artists.

After vacating a property we had rented for nearly 2 years, because it was for sale and they habitually tried to schedule showings same-day, they never sent a letter of intent for our deposit. It's now been over six weeks and we still have not recieved our deposit back. Bad practices and they don't follow the law!
