Philly was so amazing I came in to buy a specific vehicle and he was honest and told me the emission situation because the car had modifications because of the situations Philly went out of his way and got me into a Lexus made me comfortable the whole time. I 100% DO NOT recommend doing any kind of businesses with these people. They lie straight to your face. We drove over a hour 2 times for a car. The first time was to test it and then chose to go for it and applied and were approved (was told it would only hit credit once but it ended up being 4 times). We made a deal to come back for it and even put a deposit down and were promised it would be there for us the next day and it would NOT be sold. We drove over a hour, again, the next day to pick it up with cash on hand for the rest of the down payment, only to find out it was sold. They did not even call to let us know until we arrived there for pick up. The salesman was Chris, and when he saw we pulled up, he went and hid, what a coward. Did not even apologize or show face for HIS lies. We wanted to get a PPI done since there was a message on the dash, and thats why they did that. They must have known something was wrong with it so they sold it to someone who apparently did not care. When we asked about it they were trying to downplay it and say "on its just a sensor but I'll have it checked it" but never could say what it really was. They knew we ran our credit and put a deposit down, and still chose to be unprofessional. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH CHRIS AND/OR GUIDO. They lie and all the reviews about them being liars is totally true. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and got slapped in the face. At the end of the day, I'm so glad we did not do more business with them. Unprofessional and liars. If you decide to get a car from here, I would recommend doing a prepurchase inspection, and do not let them use their own readers, They cant be trusted. Be very aware on what they tell you, they like to twist their words up to make it sound good. Better to spend money on an inspection before making any deals with these liars. What a horrible experience. They could have at least had the professionalism of calling us when it was sold instead of waiting for us to show up expecting a car, wasting gas and time, and then the salesman hides like a little punk. We put down a 1k deposit and only 3 hours later they sold it to someone else and did not say a word.

I had a good experience purchasing my vehicle... But they over promised and under deliver so be careful with what they tell you because they tell you Brian is the owner he can do whatever he wants when he wants so you tell me if that's professional... All I needed was some questions answered but nobody there seems to care after the vehicle is off the lot unfortunately. They agreed to do some services on my vehicle because they failed to do so before releasing it before it was sold and I agreed to pay for half and now nobody wants to answer or return any calls!! Definitely shady!!!!
