**beware of their 900% markup on parts. I was charged $30 for a $3 o ring* *
I went in to get a coolant flush, and was reminded again why I typically do not let shops work on my vehicles. I was quoted a price, and I signed the paper. Before I went in I read the procedure for a coolant flush in the service manual to understand what was to be done. I normally do my own work, but I don't have the machine for this procedure. The guy working on the vehicle was very nice, but the thermostat needs to be removed in order to do a proper coolant flush, they talked about charging me extra to remove the thermostat ...but that should be part of the Standard procedure for a coolant flush. After several failed attempts to get the machine going they finally take out the thermostat so that they can actually do the coolant flush, (because their machine cannot physically push open my thermostat) but during that process my thermostat housing O-ring gets damaged. This caused coolant to leak all over my alternator And belts. They ordered a new O-ring for me , and at the end of it charged me $30 for this particular O-ring ...I called several parts stores this particular O-ring cost three dollars. I'm sure The price gouging was to offset the cost from actually having to remove the thermostat. Then they did not even flush my coolant they did run some engine coolant cleaner through there and then they hooked up their machine and did a full fluid replacement. But according to the service manual you're supposed to flush distilled water through there until it comes out clear and then you can refill with coolant. On the phone They said they would use my specific coolant for this specific vehicle but once I got there they talked me into using their generic coolant because it would be easier for them. Overall I'm mostly just upset that they charged me $30 for a three dollar gasket. Everyone was very nice especially the mechanic I worked with, so that was nice but I wished I got an actual coolant flush, and I wished I didn't get price gouged and for those reasons I am writing this review. In their defense I don't think they understood how a coolant flush is supposed to be performed especially on larger vehicles. they did mention that they never removed the thermostat when they perform a coolant flush. Yikes. I'm sure they do fine on basic stuff but I probably won't bring my vehicle to this shop again. I would've happily paid more money to get an actual coolant flush.

I popped a tire on my way to work and went there. The opening employee didn’t open on time while I waited almost 20 minutes for someone to show up. They fixed the tire just fine but charged me over 400.00 for one tire. I went to Big O to price out the other three tires. They charged me 250.00!!!! I’m furious I went to them and threw time and money out the window.

Daughter got a nail in her tires that be purchased from a local competitor. When needing to have it looked at we were told they didn’t have time and we would need to schedule something with them 4 days away. This tire and nail in it needed addressed sooner. You guys not only took care of it quickly, you did it at no charge, helping my daughter get back on the road. Thank you for the service

This Castle Rock location severely damaged my vehicle by improperly performing repair to my vehicle, which impacted me in the thousands! I had to sell the car or spend $3,000+ to get back to normal. This was confirmed by two other service shops. I never will use nor recommend this location again.

Went to discount tire across the street since it’s well known tire place, but they were short and didn’t have time to help plus quoted us over $70 to take a look at a faulty tire sensor.
All to say that we were taken care of so fast by the team at Colorado Tire and Service! They were all so kind and knowledgeable- really made us feel comfortable ! I highly recommend this establishment for all of your car needs!!!!
