The worst customer experience ever. Save yourself the hassle and run far away from this credit union. I have a car loan and their online payment system never works. It takes me an hour each month just to make an online payment. Despite my monthly calls to them to tell them the issues I am having, they do not seem to care to resolve the issue. I have tried Safari browser and it gives an error. So I tried chrome, and same error. Nothing about this customer experience is worth this much headache when I am trying to give them my money. Run far away and use a better bank or credit union. This place is awful!

I have been a member of credit unions for years. I have been in the Board and I was chairman of the Supervisory Committee. We were a member at a different credit union and after they moved and did things contrary to being a credit union I shopped around for a new one. I went in to several Credit Unions and interviewed them. There was only one stand out Credit Union! Coloramo! Friendly and service minded. They answered questions and they are a real credit union. I even had a problem and they took care of it!!!! Thank you!!!! If you don’t know credit unions they do not behave like banks. You become a member! Which is different from being a customer. I am thrilled to be a member of Ciloramo !!!

Stole 27$ from me from an accidental over charge that was not supposed to be taken from my checking account here. Good thing I’m not broke or a single mother this place doesn’t care who they screw at the end of the day their a bank and they will take your money every chance they can get not just hold it for you like their supposed to. Thought this was supposed to be a credit union. Half the employees couldn’t answer my questions and the ones that could aren’t there to help customers.

I came to deposit ONE check for less than $300- I spent eight minutes in the drive-through with no one in line ahead of me watching the teller that took my check process multiple other transactions inside before delivering my receipt….

I was late on a mortgage payment. I admit that it was my fault for not realizing it was past my due date. I talked with a representative from the bank and her manager and I was horrified with their customer service skills or lack there of. The manager and the other bank representative were a total joke to say the least I was absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the whole incident I would highly advise to stay away from this bank. They could not even answer the most simplest of questions. I withdrew all my money out of my account today. They have a 3rd party that handles their collections and the 3rd party is apparently just as useless as the bank as they did not even notify me my account was past due.

Used to love this bank but after they updated their app I’ve ran into issues left and right. Inaccurate times/dates charges that are just confusing, holds that aren’t actually described as holds, transactions missing descriptions or business names when that was never an issue before, etc. I’ve been in the negative 3 times simply due to inaccurate information being displayed on the app. If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it. The old app worked wonderfully but I’m probably just going to move to Wells Fargo or a bank that has a competent IT department. There have been at least two times that I couldn’t use my card at an ATM because of their issues. I can’t even see my balance right now because the app is, as usual, broken as heck.

My family has banked with Coloramo for a few years and had nothing but the best service. We opened an additional account today and were even better treated than we thought possible! Jeff at the 28 Road location treated us like family and put us completely at ease. He was great to work with and an all around great guy
