I came into the bank on busy Saturday afternoon before a major holiday. Kristina, Caleb and Anthony provided great customer service to everyone even with a minor wait. Which I didn’t mind waiting due the soft holiday music and pleasant smiles. I choose this location for the personal approach with each member although there’s a newer one closer to me.

I went in my branch today and had the pleasure of having Mrs. Kristina to assist me. She was very diligent and helpful,she also gave me some advice that would help me along my credit journey. If I ever have to come back for any other reason besides depositing or withdrawals I'd definitely sit with Mrs. Kristina. 10 STARS

I’m visting this location today and I’ve had the amazing pleasure of meeting Kristina Cash to reopen my membership! She is really sweet very professional but won’t make you feel rushed or bland! I want to utilize my slight free-time to acknowledge the Celestial Queens & Kings at this location: A stunning Queen with braces and a beautiful personality, a stunning Queen with locs, a stunning Queen with braids, a phenomenal King who is tall and immaculate and Janice!

Janice knows empathy & professionalism, well. She is such a beautiful soul. Y’all got it correct, between her empathy & stellar service, she is perfect in her position and I see her being in management!

Y’all made my True-Heart smile! Your Staff is thorough & impeccable with Security Standards. I’m excited to be a New Member!

You’re all, the aforementioned, individuals who excel in Customer Service and Professionalism. I can be reserved, being off of the Seminole Reservation, however I feel like family during each visit with the Staff that I mentioned. Even the customers speak and are impeccable.
