I went through the interview process for a position and made it to the final round. The interview process was conversational and consisted of talking about your work experience and answering questions that weren't skill related. In the entire interview process, they did not ask any technical questions. This was not a fair interview process. I would have rated with zero stars, if there is an option.

CHC has been managing our hospital since 2018 and truly saved our rural hospital with their guidance and expertise. They have an abundance of resources and through their leadership we are back on our feet, financially healthy and now able to truly focus on giving great patient care rather than worry about if we will have a job the next day. The moral of the staff is better than it's been in the 11 years I've worked here because of the leadership CHC put in place. We are lucky to have a partner like this!

I've had the pleasure to work with Community Hospital Corporation for a number of years. During this period, CHC has always demonstrated the highest degree of professionalism and expertise in providing best-in-class services to hospitals in need of improved operational and financial performance. CHC has and continues to play an integral role in giving hospitals the resources they require to deliver the best possible quality care to their patients and their communities.

CHC is very supportive towards their Affiliated Hospitals. I’m employed by North Texas Medical Center in Gainesville, TX. We’ve seen positive changes and growth since partnering with Community Hospital Corporation.

My community hospital’s experience with CHC has been challenging. We had high expectations, but CHC proved unable to meet those. Finances, staffing, many areas are struggling more than pre-CHC. Do your homework and note the Gallup experience before entering an agreement.

In my opinion I feel that CHC has been devastating to the community of Gallup New Mexico. We’ve had extremely large number of quality staff members leave the hospital, huge increase in financial debt and negative interaction from CHC with the Gallup community. Please use caution and do your own research before going into contract with CHC

In my opinion, this is the most unprofessional & incompetent management group around. I feel that CHC destroyed the healthcare of an underserved population, made up mainly of Native Americans like myself. Many physicians, nurses & staff left (>150 employees) due to what I believe is a hostile environment. In my opinion, CHC devastated RMCHCS & her entire community in Gallup, NM & its surrounding Reservations. Check out the news/ articles/ TV news coverage before signing contracts w/ CHC. From a physician w/ an MBA from Gallup, NM.

CHC was invited to manage our hospital. They sent in an interim CEO who many soon found to be an incompetent bully, Don Smithburg. Smithburg got rid of our local medical staff *heroes* in the midst of a worldwide staffing shortage, brought in travel staff at up to 4x the cost, spent all our hospital’s COVID money on ?!?!? and never fixed the safety issues, like outdated, dangerous beds and non-functioning call lights and phones…for over 18 months! Some people say CHC was trying to devalue the hospital so they could sell the management operation for a profit. Shame on them.
