Another great experience at Cook Ford. I did not buy my truck from this dealership, but they still take good care of me. I had a recall that needed to be taken care of, so I called them to make an appointment. They got me in at a reasonable time, and performed the work in a single day. They even washed my truck when they were done, and I wasn’t expecting that at all. Awesome customer service, and they back up what they tell you. This is why when it was time to buy a car for my wife, we went to Cook Ford first. Awesome job guys, you have a Ford customer for life!

We had a great experience buying our expedition. The Manager Geoff was a awesome sales rep. He was real and upfront. Found us a great loan offer. A huge plus was not having to leave our little town and we were still able to find a decent priced vehicle that fits my huge family.

This review is almost 2 years late, but my family and I were on our way to some snowmobile races for the weekend. We stayed in Craig and it got down to about -20 degrees that night. The diesel fuel in my truck gelled up. Luckily I wasn't far from the dealership and was able to walk there. They helped me get it towed to the shop and worked me into their already busy schedule. They brought it inside, got it thawed out, treated the fuel and replaced my fuel filter. We had our three kids ages 2, 6, and 8 with us and the little play place/waiting area proved to be a lifesaver as it kept the kids occupied while we waited. At any rate, you guys salvaged our weekend and we were able to make it to the races and create memories racing with my kids. Thanks again for going out of your way to help us. Much appreciated!!!!

Staff was so friendly and helpful. When I was struggling to find a reliable vehicle, I stopped in ( on a weekend) and staff was so helpful. They even had a play area for my toddler and offered us beverages while we waited. I left with a new truck that day! My service experience was equally great! Brought my truck In on a saturday morning, and had it returned quickly.

In the past I have walked in interested in purchasing a vehicle and I couldn't get anybody to help me out. So I ended up purchasing from out of town. That was 3 yrs ago. Things have greatly changed. When I walked in I was greeted by a friendly face and was shown several options. I found a vehicle I have been looking for and was able to make a deal. Another thing is the vehicle I purchased had a few minor problems the dealership notified me of and I found a few more. They are in the process of fixing the problems. I am very impressed by the helpfulness and willingness to make sure the customer is happy and treated fairly. With this new way of management I will definitely shop here in the future.
