In 2019, I went to Corwin Auto in Fargo, ND to look at a 2016 Nissan. They couldn't "find" the car. They offered me the same price for my 2019 with the similar mileage. I took them up on their offer.
Now, 2025, I went to purchase a 2024 Buick Encore. It was there Saturday morning. I drove the 165 miles. Car was "sold". I did find another vehicle. When I told the "finance manager" who stopped to talk with me while I was waiting, I told him what had happened and that if the next time I come for a vehicle it is "not available" I will walk away, he blamed me for not doing my "due diligence".
Now, I won't be shopping there. My co-workers won't be as will none of my family members. Although, Eve got my new car so I had a 7 year warranty from when I purchased it 2/14/2025. He also worked hard at making sure the rest of my transaction went smooth. So, if you are wanting a decent salesperson and do need to shop at Corwin - ask for Eve....my interaction with a couple was not pleasant at all.

I have had but a single decent experience with this dealership, and that was the result of my asking to be directed to their restroom. It was clean and pleasant.
Their staff has otherwise been almost unanimously rude, ignorant of their products and services, unhelpful and (in their personal defense) overworked.
Were it not for my job, I would never set foot in the place again.

I was looking for a vehicle and came across the online listing for Corwin. I started browsing and got connected to Izzy Ortega. He did an awesome job finding me the perfect vehicle within my budget. He took his time and sent me many options always asking for feedback on the vehicles I didn't like. I honestly wasn't very enthused dealing with Corwin because of other past experiences but decided to give it one more try. After meeting with Izzy, I felt more at ease. I was particularly impressed with his patience in answering all my questions. I would highly recommend reaching out to him if you're looking for a vehicle.

I went here they sold me the wrong jeep key failing to confirm if it actually went to my jeep for $438 for me to return it in a hour and my money take 4-5 days Togo back on my account. They’re horrible, spare your feelings and don’t come here for nothing. Everything glitter is not gold.

I bought a car October of 24 from Corwin Auto. They bent ovet backswards for me and I brought the car.. When it was found out the car only had one key fob. The sales man promised me another fob. His words a car when sold should have two key jobs.

So in December I texted the sales man on the fob and he said, he would check into it. He never got back to me. In April I called again he said ,he would check with local lock smith.

Now in May I bought my own for almost 300.00 . I talked with the sales manager . Told him what I was going through to try to get this resolved. He told me he would speck to the salesman.

The salesman called me told me he thought it was taken care of. I told him I bought one on my own and told him I want repayment.

He asked if I had a receipt and told me to take a picture and send it to him. So I did he said , Thanks that's it.

Now 4 weeks later have not received payment for the fob. I texted the salesman and he has not responded to at all.

I have bought a lot of cars from a local dealership and never had issues like this

Seems like they do whatever to get the sale and forget about you after that..

They have a lot of cars. I felt the cars were overpriced. One salesman couldn't get rid of us soon enough when he discovered we were looking for a used vehicle. The other salesman was nice.
