Our salesman was Mark and he did a great job. We were able to find the truck we wanted on the website. We then called and asked about it. Mark was very informative; answering all our questions. We live three hours away and were looking for specific features: diesel, grill guard, B&W hitch, running boards, long box, crew cab. This truck had it all and was priced well. We asked about trading our classic car and they were open to the trade. Mark even offered to have the truck delivered to us at no additional charge. Again - this is a 3 hour drive each way. Delivery was flawless! We drove the truck about 200 mile when the check engine light came on, followed by a warning that it would go into limp mode. We went straight to a dealer near us with a master diesel mechanic and he determined it was a DEF system issue. We contacted Mark our salesman and he stated that the dealership would honor their 3 month/3000 mile warranty. We had the repairs completed and Mike the owner of Country Truck contacted the mechanic shop and paid the bill as per the warranty. They stand behind their vehicles and offer great service to the buyer.

Brandon Marks was the dealer I had hooked me up with one of the best deals still got to take the truck off with only $100 deposit and still owing 500. Still got to take it home I traded a Nissan Altima there was no bullshit in between the lines, he told me everything issues or anything like that. Great place highly recommend

Worst place to buy a truck this place is a scam. I know the dealership will come on here to defend themselves of course. But to anyone looking for a working truck this is not the place. They will say anything and back themselves up with it's been checked by "our" mechanics

The truck we bought we took in and there is so much to fix thousands of dollars. Mark the sales is beyond nice until there is a fix the owner Mike will only send a little money to shut you up but will not pay for anything this place is a legal scam please save your money buy somewhere else your hard earned money is not worth spending money. Electrical is broken everything is broken broken broken and they will not take any part in making this better.

My experience with the folks at Country Truck and Auto has been one for the record books. I originally found a 2014 F-150 Platinum on Car Gurus and went up to look at it after work one day. Their dealership is a little far out from my location so I arrived about 30 minutes after they had closed. I was walking around this beautiful truck when all of a sudden a man approaches and open the vehicle for me to inspect. Little did I know at this point his name was Mike and he was the owner. Even though it was after business hours he didn't hesitate to stay late to answer my questions. He invited me back for a test drive once he had the truck cleaned up later that week. I accepted and came back on a Friday morning to test drive the truck. I fell in LOVE. The only problem was I really wanted to make sure this was THE truck and asked if I could give it an extended test drive to run it through my daily commute, my work routine..etc. Mike didn't hesitate to let me take the truck home for the entire weekend to give it a proper test drive. During this time he didn't call to pressure me into buying, wasn't concerned about how many miles I put on the truck during this time, and just overall was a pleasure to work with. I ended up coming back on Monday to finalize a deal on the truck. Mike worked with my unique case, and even met all of my terms. He is an AWESOME guy! About a week after buying my beautiful new truck it broke down and left me on the side of I-70 while I was running errands for work. I called the dealership to let them know what happened and they instantly dispatched a tow truck that showed up to rescue me and my truck within an HOUR! (This is unheard of all the way from Brighton CO!) I now was dealing with Steve in service. The second he was made aware of what had happened he was working to go out of his way to make everything right for me. He had me ride with the Tow Truck driver (Chris who works with County Truck all the time and was a Hilarious guy) back to the dealership to pickup a loaner truck during this whole process so that we would not be down a truck while repairs were made. Turns out it was a simple fix covered by warranty, and Steve communicated about my truck the whole time, NEVER was I left wondering about the status of my truck. I am all around pleased with everyone I have interacted with both in person and on the phone at Country Truck and Auto. If you are debating about buying from Mike and Country Truck; ponder no more! You will NOT be disappointing with these fine folks! Thank you to everyone for an awesome experience, and I look forward to buying here again in the near future.

Fair prices. Good service techs. Sales guy Mark is nice but awful at his job. It's like pulling teeth trying to get him to follow through on what he says he's gonna do. I don't get calls or texts back when he says he will, I have to call him back to move forward with anything. I'll find a different place to buy a truck.

Went in to see Derek after calling and speaking with him about a GMC Yukon Denali. Showed up and Derek was not there and told another gentleman to help us. The guy knew nothing about the car. He had no idea where the keys were. The vehicle had spider webs in the wheel wells and in the tires. The windows were all crack open which resulted in dirt all over the inside along with water damage. The radio/navigation was not working due to some one punching it a couple times. The cluster of gauges had cracks all over it. The third row was missing. The seals on all the doors and the truck were all weather rotten. We looked at the mechanics list of items that had been replaced. On it it listed items that still needed replaced, but was told they would not do it. Those items included rear airbags were torn, leaking oil, leaking trans fluid, leaking power steering, brakes needing replaced, etc. I asked the guy why they weren't going to fix any of that and he said because it was on Consignment! I have never in my life heard of a dealership selling a vehicle on consignment. They were asking $12,995 for this 2008 that needed over 4k in work. I gave them two stars because the young guy said he would call me if any thing changed or if one that actually was able to be driven came in. We will see.

You don't often find used vehicle companies with integrity, but THESE PEOPLE GOT IT RIGHT! I had a couple issues with a truck I purchased from them, and they went above and beyond to address everything. Talk about restoring faith in humanity in 2024! Thank you so much!
