They have so many issues. Online banking is always down. Card is always having issues. If their “system” is down (always) your card will be declined. So embarrassing and frustrating. You can only speak with someone mon-fri 9-5, not like other credit unions and banks. If you need to put gas on a Saturday night and there’s a problem with your card, you will have to wait till Monday

I just want to say Juana was a literal angel. I had my car and mailbox broken into and someone kept accessing my accounts. I felt overwhelmed, helpless and violated. I was literally at the brink of tears walking into the bank. I was already dealing with a loss in the family so this fraudulent activity was more than I was able to bare at the time. I went to the Garden Grove location and although the teller was nice she didn’t really help me in any way. Juana took her time, listened and gave me the number to the identity protection department. I really believe God makes no mistakes and sent me an angel in my time of need. She was so professional and empathetic . She started an account for me but it was more like a therapy session and she was my therapist. She listened,shared stories of her pup and even got my dog some dog treats from the back. There really are NO words to express how grateful I am. It is just an example of no matter the job or position, a person of God is always doing Gods work. So grateful and thankful. Thank you Juana (from me and Chewbacca) for being my angel when I was about to break.

Long time member (10 years)with what I once thought was an amazing bank institution after a recent experience, very disappointed in which the way I was treated and how a member of their organization came off so presumptuous in their correspondence. Again, I've never had an issue with this bank prior, in fact I always recommended and had great things to say. However that's not the case anymore I understand there's a process when you have a dispute I've only had one up until now, since I've been a member. Well, my last dispute was a meager amount prior to receiving an email i got a call from this place (the bank) from a Senior dispute member who requested that I send them the bank statement indicating where I had been double charged even though she didn't really seem too nice either (she was rather forward, curt and unprofessional) unsual but, fine, no problem. She emails me, I email her back asking for additional time and informed her the statement would arrive by mail because that was an old account wasn't active anymore despite my polite request I was met with an unhelpful dismissive response. Ultimately, my claim was closed against me and the provisional credit removed. Ok. Well, I got the statement in the MAIL today annddd it clearly shows what they were requesting and could've easily verified my claims if i had just had adequate time. I dont even care about the money its inconsequential. It's the principle of the matter that matters! This experience has left me thoroughly disillusioned and disappointed by a place I truly once held in very high esteem. CuSocal, thank you so, so much for being kind and 😉 fair and thank you, for providing me with an opportunity to reflect on my experience with your company.

I've been a life long customer with this bank, as they grow they seem to have less and less answers to my questions involving shutting off my account and drastic penalties. If you have lots of money it's a great bank. If you don't and are trying manage they will not help. I lost over 200 points in credit with an ontime payment rating of A+ score. No one can answer at the bank. This has me so worried about my future here, that I had to make this post.

The ATM here is a disaster. I deposited $310 and it gave me back 3 20s and kept my $250 and now I have to wait at least 6 days for my money and it's ALMOST CHRISTMAS! Now I'm not getting my money until 3 days before Christmas Day. Should have just gone to the Greenleaf branch, but almost all of CuSoCal's ATMs suck, just go inside.
