Love this new branch! Everyone is so helpful and friendly! Natalie helped me with our account for our travel plans coming up and advised on protocols for fraud protection while away. I especially love the “small town” feeling where they know your name each time you come in. Customer service at its best!

I’ve had the most amazing experience with Billy Dempsey and Paul Miller. They have gone above and beyond to help me with a very difficult situation my wife’s cousin found herself in. We will be forever grateful for these two men who went above and beyond to help.

The lead teller is horrible and have no no knowledge And very disrespectful I highly recommend if you guys can send them back for another orientation course before you bring him back to any branch. I normally have a beautiful experience, no matter which branch I go to. I have been Customer with CUTX for the last 10 years. CutX is a great bank, but not that branch as long as that guy works there.
