The level of service provided by this location and the bank has been thoroughly disappointing. Despite persistent efforts to make contact, I have received no return calls, even after the multiple bankers emails this location it remain unanswered. The bank's failure to implement an efficient response mechanism for managers and representatives is alarming. This frustrating experience (including my health which I’m dealing currently with anxiety and blood pressure, for sure reflects due to this experience).view of the bank's failure to honor its commitment to follow up even after loan approvals was alarming. In past 10 yrs not many loan officers even had courtesy to call their clients which you have to call them as they are doing a favor. I’ve dealt with the back for over 15 years and am sadden to say I’ll be taking my business to Navy Federal or other credit unions. People just don’t care. This particular location has 0 system. They do generic work, it states do make an appointment but no one is available to answer the phone to discuss any options with you. I’m sure they are on early vacation-mode (laziness) and must I say this is where the corporate is located? Ridiculous

I’ve been with them for quite some time now and the member services department is not what it used to be. It take me 20 minutes just to get someone on the phone and I never get call backs from supervisors and managers. I spoke to a representative and a supervisor both named Maria who told me that I would get a call back about a prior conversation I had on my account. I was lied to twice. No manager ever reached back out. Very unprofessional. I’ve been a member for years. As of now, Ive spend 29 minutes tying up my line only for a representative Melissa to put me back on hold as of 4:40 pm cst on today, 12/27/24. I would be more than happy to discuss this and all other issues by phone but since no one is willing to call me back, I’ll leave my review regarding member services right here. It’s now 4:40 pm cst on a Friday and I believe Melissa is just putting me on hold to find a supervisor again. I spent an hour on the phone for the same matter I called about on 12/9. Brandy and Greg in collections were supposedly looking at the issue and getting back to me in 24 to 48 hours and now it’s been nearly 24 days and no call back. No one is doing their job so I’ve reached out to the Better Business Bureau.
